Attending complaints for checking and replacing the existing defective electrical items for continuous electric supply including carrying out minor repair as required to make the item functional and replacing fuse, small pieces of copper wire, copper cable as of suitable size at site, insulation tape roll etc., Attending minor repair(s) such as testing, connections, fittings, nut, bolts screws etc to ceiling fan, exhaust fan (without taking down) etc, emergent complaints i.e. no light, earth leakage, short circuit, neutral break in mains/sub mains/ internal circuits of existing electrical system of main building/block and making continuous electric supply including carrying out minor repairs etc. required to make the system in order/functional with insulation tape roll, copper thimbles, glands, earthing wire as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- This item is applicable only where no store is required. 1. The site for attending complaints is NSB-I Chanakyapuri and NSB-II Narayana. Contractor shall provide minimum one tradesmen (electrician) for each site to attend the complaint in all working days between 0830Hrs to 1700Hrs including holiday and Sunday. 2. Contractor shall ensure the security passes for his staff, to be obtained from concern authority for attending complaints. 3. The contractor will ensure that the team of electricians with necessary tools bag shall always remain present at complaint cell to attend the complaints. 4. A recovery of Rs. 100/- for not attending the complaint upto 24 hours and after 24 hours Rs. 200/- per 24 hours shall be recovered from the contractor due. 5. All the complaint slip, register & other connected document will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. 6.The above tradesmen shall not be utilize for the complaints where material is required and these complaint shall be measured and paid separately as S&F here-in-after.

Comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of ice cube making machine (02 Nos) of capacity 140 Kg per 24 Hrs Make: Scotsman installed at NOM-Varuna in reliable, safe and efficient manner by regular examining, lubricating and adjusting the mechanical ,electrical and refrigerant parts including replacement of defective / spares parts and testing on completion to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified. (Note:- (i) Fixing charge is deemed to be included in this item .(ii) All the complaints will be rectify within 24 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint. If contractor fails to rectify the complaint within 24 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint, the compensation / penalty of Rs 500.00 per complaint per day shall be recovered from the contractor's dues.) (iii) all the parts of the machine are covered under this items for the smooth functioning of ice cube making machine and the contractor may quote the rate accordingly. Contractor is expected to inspect the Machine at NOM Varuna before quoting the rate.

M& L for servicing,cleaning,oiling, greasing including replacement of necessary defective spares parts of air curtains and repair of motor/compressor/blower of air curtains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Preventive maintenance of ceiling fan/exhaust fan/cabin fan/wall mounted fan of any make & any size including checking of fan clamp, nuts, bolts & washer and carry out the oiling/greasing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note: Spare parts shall be measured & paid separately).
