Demolition of brick work , built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc including demolition of precast rcc articles and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and Pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level ) and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving 75mm thick laid in slope finished even and fair including making joints at every 2.5 m and at corner filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight and complete all as specified.

(b) Laying 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar 1:3 with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of concrete roof surfaces, finished even and fair to receive treatment on roof Complete (c) Applying three coats of PU Hybrid waterproofing coating including priming agent in first coat as per manufacturer’s instructions having elongation at break of free film of approx. 350% - 400% tensile strength at 14 days of 2.9MPa and surface reflectance index of 100-110. (e)The materials shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge / Consultant. (Note: - minimum 6hrs interval between two coats shall be maintained) (f) All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Note: - (i) Work to be carried out by authorized applicator and as per manufacturer’s instructions. (ii) Providing test with filling of water for continuous 48 hours if there is any leakage than entire treatment will be done again by contractor without any cost. (iii) The rate includes for filling cracks in existing roof with epoxy cement mortar using suitable bonding agent before laying cement plaster

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required and removing of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment surface externally of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm area over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm (weather proof/weather coat) without any brush marks on the surface, Shade/colour shall be approved by GE, all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old plaster or unplastered wall surfaces including cornices, pillasters by brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds and effloresent salts and treating oily and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of colour wash without any brush marks on the surfaces complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 centimeter width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in any colour finished without brush mark on surface including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman or Indian) not exc 30 cm high for bldg no/direction board with synthetic enamel paint in black colour or any other colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coat plaster 35 mm thick (20 mm + 15 mm) on rough concrete surfaces of fin, facia, chhajja and similar article in cm 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Two coat plaster shall be carried out as mentioned in clause 14.18 of SSR-2009, Part-I.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 1,097,70.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
