Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete [reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition] of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of debris and depositing outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Precast Concrete work /Precast concrete block built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc., including removal of debris and depositing outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris and depositing outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames(without taking off shutters from the frame) area n.exc 1.5 Sqm each including iron mongeries complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and any position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Old rusted mild steel gates and railing shall be considered, measured and paid under this quoted item.

Dismantling Plain or Corrugated steel sheeting of any gauge, thickness of roof in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) Type- D2 Nomial mix (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) Type B2 Nominal mix (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 (1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 150 mm thick , Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D2 Nominal mix (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 50mm thick , Plain Cement Concrete ( 1:2:4) Type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in floorings , finished even and smooth without using extra cement and Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Glass dividing strip 3.0 mm thick , 38 mm wide and insert in position to confirm to design complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) to concrete or block masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 75mm thick, Plain Cement Concrete Nominal mix (1:3:6), Type C-2 (using 40mm crushed stone aggregate) including providing mastic filling at wall junctions in plinth protection finished even and smooth laid in panels using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with grade 'A' sealing compound as in plinth protection etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Rolled Mild steel tubular or any sections Roof trusses (framed/unframed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings, vertical posts and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-B complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip, and straight flashing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 40mm x 6mm aluminium flat iron work in, wind ties screwed as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of red/zinc oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm using available soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix mild steel plates (Plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment confirming to Fe-410 W (Grade E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5 to 10 mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc. 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
