Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Renewing pataries 3 metre (10') wide including dressing surface filling up to 8 cm (3") depth & making namunas at every 15 m.(50') apart on either side of the road true to patri template with side slopes 1:2 etc. for taking the earth to be so dug that form a continuous side drain at road boundary. Take a length of 1 furlong.

(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) For 1st Year Maintenance cost (0%)

The routine maintenance of above road renewal work including patri, pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surpace and Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) For 2nd Year Maintenance cost (1.5%)

The routine maintenance of above road renewal work including patri, pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surpace and Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) For 3rd Year Maintenance cost (3%)

The routine maintenance of above road renewal work including patri, pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surpace and Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) For 4th Year Maintenance cost (4.5%)
