Cement plastering with inside and outside walls in CM 1:3 (one cement and three fine sand) with 20 mm thick using Sulphur Resistants Portland Cement (SRPC), providing, benching and channeling with CC 1:11/2:3 (one cement, one and half sand and three hard broken granite stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size), finishing bottom 20mm thick cement plaster in C.M 1:3 (one cement and three fine sand) with neat cement using SRPC cement, providing and fixing of 560 mm dia heavy duty SFRC covers with frame made as per IS 12592 in accordance with "CPHEEO Manual on Sewerage & Sewage treatment and relevant IS Codes". Fixing of C.I/PVC steps as shown in drawings, but excluding its cost which will be paid separately. The cost also includes the cost of curing and testing of the manholes for its water tightness. A drop in water more than 5 cm in 24 hours shall not be permitted.
