M & L for repairing and servicing two pole/Four pole structures comprising of following works :- (a) Dismantling the ACSR jumper connection from Air break Gang operated drop out fuse end lighting arrestors etc from the two poles structures, replacing the complete jumpers in to new with ACSR conductors including PVC coloured sleaves and connecting with suitable thimbles connections/binding/PG clamps etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) Removing the complete rusted bolts, nuts and washers and replacing with new bolts, nuts and washers. (c) Disconnecting the Air Break switch knives cleaning and servicing by lubricating the moving parts terminals with petroleum jelly. (d) Cleaning the exposed surfaces of two pole structure complete and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel alum paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item No 143 above but here in for four pole structures.

Supply and installation of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe in pipe technology upgraded (Zinc and alloy coated, Zinc coated (80-100) microns, earthing system conforming to IS 3043-1987 and subsequent amendments. The outer and inner pipe shall be 76.2mm dia and 41.9mm dia, 3m length, Zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the top side for additional corrosion protection of the terminal. The annular between the pipes being filled up with compact fill (CF) (crystalline conductive compound). The compact fill (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipe shall not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe shall be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job include digging the pit and refilling the same by electrolyte/conductolite back fill compound (ground enhancer), the BFC shall be ecofriendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having RoHS certification from NABI, accredited lab. The earth pit shall be provided with FRP earth pit covered for protection and safe guard of terminals. Good black cotton soil shall be arranged to refill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 3 bags per pit. The materials shall be of good electrical conductivity and anticorrosion property with in wide range of soil condition. Make ASHLOK Model ASEEL-39-3M Length (ZC and AC)/JMV. Note: Earth testing shall be done and recorded in presence of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F outdoor Epoxy straight through joint to LT XLPE/ PVC insulated cable including all accessories and connection for 120 sq mm to 150 Sq mm 3 1/2 core and 4 core cable all as specified (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioing, bricks shall be measured andpaid separately).
