PART - A

Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 11.00 meters and up to 13.00 meter.

Supplying and erection of galvanized stay set for 11 KV overhead lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia. X 1.8 meters long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 60 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia. G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per meter) cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per meter) pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 11 KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm(7.14 kg per meter) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV overhead lines with galvanized insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanized strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Erection of AAAC conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 11 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width X 2500 mm height, complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supply and erection of 6 SWG G.I wire for continuity.

Supply of 8 SWG G.I. wire for rings of Cradle Guard.

Erection of cradle guard as required.

Tree trimming / Branch cutting under Overhead lines.

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Lifting, transporting, installation and connection of 3.3kV grade, VCB from workshop to haulage loading point, loading on tub, unloading from tub, & install at 52L/2MD Benti block etc.

Supplying of 3.3KV grade, 200 Amp. Air Breaker Gang operating switch (Horizontal type).

Erection cost of 11 KV, 400 Amp. Air Breaker Gang operating switch (Horizontal type) on double pole.

Transporting of pole from unit store to work site.

Painting of poles including structures by aluminum paint.

PART - B

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE Power cable of 3.3 KV grade, 95/120 sq.mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ Metal pipe as required.

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules, for 95/120 sq. mm size 3 core, XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 3.3 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 95/120 sq. mm size 3 core, XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 3.3 KV grade as required.

Transporting of 3.3kV grade, 95/120 sq.mm PVCDWA armored cable from churl store to direct haulage loading point, loading on tub, unloading from tub, transporting up to fitting point etc.

Providing and fixing of MS cable hanger suitable for 120 sq. mm armored cables at top of wall as required.
