Dismantling of battans for tiles of any size including tilting fillets spacing exc. 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section and at any position as in unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling in fillets, rails, posts, rafers, purlins etc under 40 Sqcm in section and at any position as in unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC block /stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description and layers from wall/roofs including screed bed or bedding layers of mortar, concrete in any position complete and cleaning the surfaces by grinder to make it smooth and even, free from dust and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and clearing the premises complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of Disconnected , setting aside and refixing of tank any capacity while taking down existing treatment deemeed to be included as no water supply to users hampered

M&L for 15 mm thick Plaster on RCC roof slab with CM ( 1:4 ) including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement shall be caried out as specified and directed . Note :- (a) WPC shall measured and paid separatly (b)Cost of Disconnected , setting aside and refixing of tank any capacity while plastering deemeed to be included as no water supply to users hampered

M&L for preparing plastered surfaces , applying uniform coat of primer@ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and applying water proofing treatment on roof/ wall, edges and vertical surfaces, using 3 mm thick APP modified bitumen based prefabricated water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt black finished weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm with torch application and Overlaps of 100 mm for side laps and 150 mm for end laps must be torched, further apply a coat of bituminious reflective alumium paint @ 0.15 ltr per sqm above membrane all as specified and directed Note :- Cost of Disconnected , setting aside and refixing of tank any capacity while applying treatment deemeed to be included as no water supply to users hampered

M&L for 2nd class hard wood, 20 to 25 mm thick weather boarding clean sawn, rebated on thick edge to give 20 mm laps and fixed, complete all as specified and directed
