Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 Square Metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt), all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water.

M&L Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking up, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 kg/Sqm including 15mm thick screeding in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound and applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm and provide APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced and bonded completely to the surfaces with min end overlap of 15 cms and side lap 75 mm (overlaps to be bounded with thermo fused by flame) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling cast iron pipe & reinforced concrete drain, RW pipes, jointed in cement mortar of any dia upto 100mm. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exc 250 & n.exc 500 ltrs of capacity. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position and in un framed work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling asbestos cement/galvalum sheet/CGI (corrugated , semi corrugated etc) sheets as in roof covering.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roof floor (other than ground floors) beams staircase, landing chajja and similar work.
