Design, Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 20mtrs High Mast Lighting System totally hot dip galvanised as per BS EN ISO 1461/ASTM A 123 and suitable for wind speed as per IS : 875 (Part - 3). The Mast shaft shall have cross section of 20 sided polygon and shall be in 2 sections with Base and top diameter 460mm and 150mm with plate thickness 4/3mm respectively and base plate thickness of 25mm. The Mast shall include 8 Nos of foundation bolts of special steel type TS 600 having a diameter 30mm and 850mm long i/c nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates. The Mast shall have terminal box at the base with the door of approx. size 1200mm X 300mm and a Lighting protection finial G.I single spike of approx. length 1200mm. The Mast shall have an integral power tool of 1.5 HP motor capacity and Double Drum Winch installed inside the base compartment for its motorized operation and also a manual handle. It shall also include accessories for High Mast including galvanised Head Frame Assembly/ Lantern Carriage and a 2 point suspension system.The lantern carriage shall be constructed of material 60 OD/50NB ERW Class B - M.S pipe having carriage ring diameter of approx. 711mm. The Lantern Carriage shall be welded, 2 sections having load carrying capacity of 12 luminaires asymmetrical . It shall also have a Trailing Cable EPR insulated PCP sheathed copper cable of size 5 core 4 sq.mm,3 core PVC insulated PVC sheathed unarmoured copper conductor cable for connecting fittings incl.installation of fittings, Stainless Steel Wire Rope of grade AISI 316, 6mm diameter (7/19 construction), having a breaking load capacity of 2350Kgx2. The High Mast shall be mounted on concrete foundation (Foundation cost to be paid seperately). The High Mast shall be of make Bajaj/Philips/Wipro/Transrail). or equivalant. The contractor shall submit design analysis of foundation along with structural liability certificate before execution of foundation work. The contractor shall also submit structural stability certificate after execution of foundation & after execution of High Mast.

White light 5700ºK ±300ºK and CRI > 70 , MCPCB Construction, LPW > 100 /120, Optical Lens- Polycarbonate high performance type narrow, medium, wide (other options as per project needs) , Ingress protection - Flood light IP66, Driver enclosure IP65 . incl. connections etc. as required of make Transrail/Wipro/Philips/Bajaj/GE) or equivalant. Contractor shll submit autocad drawing with design and after installing avg. lux level shall be 200. ( horizontal & Vertical)
Supply of single dome LED Aviation Obstruction incl. all the other accesssories complete as required and approved by Engineer in charge.
Supply of 4 core armoured PVC insulated PVC sheathed aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 kv grade with ISI mark conforming to IS:1554(Part I), IS:7098(Part II) with latest amendments of following size. (1) 4core 25 sq.mm
Supply and making cable end terminations with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following sizes of 4 core PVC insulated PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade, complete as required. (1) Size 4 core 25 sq.mm.
Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 25 sq.mm direct in ground including excavation in the form of a trench as per Cable Trench Drawing provided by the Engineer-Incharge,sand cushioning with screened sand bed of 20mm thick , protective covering with bricks placed lenghtwise on top of cable all over the run and backfilling the excavated earth without stones or hard material and making the surface proper with 15 cm crown on the top complete as required.
Providing & fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and re-filling etc. as reqd. ( external work) f) 50 mm nominal bore.
Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories and providing special protective masonry chamber as per enclosed drawing ( to be paid extra) (but without charcoal or coke and salt) as required as per the Earthing Drawing provided by the Engineer-Incharge.The scope of work includes the following: a) Excavation of pit of size 1.0x1.0x 3.0 mtrs(min) and disposal of excavated soil. c)Watering GI pipe, 20mm, Class B, with funnel as per specs. d) Charcoal/salt as per specs ( paid seperately). e) Refilling the pit of size 1.0x1.0x 3.0 mtrs(min) with soft black agriculture soil of minimum resistivity i/c transportation. f) Testing of earth value with earth megger and certifications of its value. Aluminium tag with embossed earthing value to be attached to the pipe.g)watering arrangement(plumbing will be paid seperately).(b) In rocky strata
