The following Paintings work are to be carried out at 400 KV S/s Motiram-adda,Gorakhpur .The work includes scratching of old and rusted surface of different cubical box ,junction box ,Marshling Box,earthing strip of different size ,then providing red oxide primer of Berger/asian/Luxol make in two coat and then applying spray painting of differnt equipment with two coat of asian/berger/Luxol make smoke Grey colour ,writing of equipment name with Bay as per direction of supervising engineer.men,material,T&P etc shall be provided by the Contractor at his own cost.

CB marshling boxes of size 1480X700X570 mm

Power recpticle Box size 1200X1000X450 mm

A.C distribution Board for isolators and circuit breakers size 1050X450X900 mm.

Making and pasting of nomenclature details in 2/3 rows on MOM Boxes,Bay Marshling box,ACPRC,CT,PT Junction box using radium paper sheet by cutting the letters in 40X25 mm size.

scratching old and rusted painted of earthing strip and then applying of red oxide primer Luxol/Berger make in one coats of the equipment/structure above the ground level up to peak and mast of the main structure in 400 kv side switchyard and then 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint asian/berger/Nerolac/luxol with all cost of men,material T&P etc.required to complete the job as per detail given below.
