Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.0sqm and n.exc 2.0 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing incl resecuring and easing shutters area exceeding 1.00 sqm and n.exc 2.00 Sqm each in the same opening complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm PVC Ultra Violet chemical, glossymate finish 100% termite/water proof, fire retrandent eco friendly, PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing

S&F factory made solid panel PVC Mounlded door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS Frames shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain printed PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail: Paneling of wood grain printed PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with 5mm x 15mm wide PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S&F For Glazed and skelton shutters 35mm thick of 2nd class HW open rebated and prepared to receive glass or wire gauze etc. shutters divided in square with sash bars, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-1, secton 8, clause 8.20(a) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F For Plain framed factory made 35mm thick shutter of 2nd class HW (two panel) with lock rail and panels of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, the size of rail and style as per IS 1003 (Part-1) kiln seasoned and pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, 30mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 18-20mm thick prelaminated high density PVC board having weight 8 kg /sqm ,100% termite/ fire retrandent eco friendly soild board one side decorative choice laminate and other side balancing white as in kitchen cabinet, cupboard etc fixed with screws to steel/timber frame work etc excluding Cupboard hinges , Alu handle, towerbolt, hasp and staple, piano hinges, Magnet and channel where required size as per dirn of Engr in Charge including taking down of old cupboard of any type complete all as specified and directed.
