Demolition mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping etc complete all as specified and directed

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/ roof for removing old bitumen coat/ any other type of treatment etc., by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dirt/ dust etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on roof surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.5 kg per sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr per sqm including preparation of roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for polythene film, 150 micron thick, laid on roofs with 150 mm overlaps complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 80 mm thick average consolidated thickness mud phuska on flat roofs including 25 mm thick mud plaster and 3 mm thick leeping plaster etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, on mud phuska complete all as specified and directed

All as per srl item No 12 here-in-before but using old brick tiles retrieved from dismantling (item No 2 & 3 above here-in-before) including cleaning and removal of mortar from tiles complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 300x200X7/ 300x450x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing seviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles7 to 8 mm thick (square) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but nexc 0.18 sqm,in floor etc set and jointed in neet cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing seviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls of any description (any height) including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even including WPC & preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of chalk white primer on walls complete all as specified and directed. (WPC measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished fair and smooth without using extra cement including Preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of white lime wash (white washing) on walls including corneces, pillars etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) finished even & smooth without using extra cement including preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed

M & L for applying two coat of white wash over old surface of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per mfg instr over the padding concrete while still the concrete is still green, complete all as specified & directed (For roof treatment)

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface including parapet wall comprising with the following course of treatment/ specifications form bottom to top:- (a) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr per sqm including preparation of roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet walls and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note: (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap shall be 75mm length wise and 100 mm width wise of polymeric membranes respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for two coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of un reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed

Cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, kerbs, mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edges including form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick with minimum weight not less than 3 kg/sqm, reinforced with non woven polyster fabric (wt not less than 160 gms/sqm) torching Joints/overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch,laid with a minimum overlap of 150mm with thermo fusable finish laid/bonded over a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/[email protected]/sqm, over forced application bitumen primer @0.30 litres per sqm, including preparation of plastered surfaces of Sunken portion, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 10mm plaster in CM(1:3) finished even and smooth with using extra cement on vertical surface of sunken portion wall and floor with water proofing compound (in case of re placement of bottom layer tile) complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured separately).
