S & F in repairs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), double layered, hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 litres capacity all as specified in SSR Part -I.

Supply and fix galvanised iron tubing, medium grade 25 mm bore with all fitting laid on wall / floor / ceiling including cutting the existing 25 mm dia GI pipe and connecting up the new pipeline including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised iron tubing, medium grade 15 mm bore with all fitting laid on wall / floor / ceiling including cutting the existing 25 mm dia GI pipe and connecting up the new pipeline including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Gun metal globe or gate valves 25 mm, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe 15mm bore or for brass ferrule and fixed

Supply and fixing in repairs Ball valves 25 mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe fixed in repairs. (Minimum weight 455 gms).

Cutting existing G I pipes 50/40mm dia medium grade rising pipe for tapping of proposed inlet pipe of solar water heater including necessary fitting & accessories of connection complete all as specified & directed

M & L Lagging to pipes of bore 25mm used in internal water supply or plumbing all round with 50mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed mineral wool pre-formed `SNAP-ON' pipe sections of density 144 Kg/cum conforming to IS 9842 complete all as specified & directed

M & L Lagging to pipes of bore 15mm used in internal water supply or plumbing all round with 25mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed mineral wool pre-formed `SNAP-ON' pipe sections of density 144 Kg/cum conforming to IS 9842 complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connection plate, etc for staging of makeup water tank (Fe290-Grade E-165), necessary drilling holes, welded together including taking down existing water tank staging all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cables, 1100Volt grade, 4 sq mm drawn through and including 20mm non-metallic PVC conduit / PVC casing and capping with accessories and one run of 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100Volt grade as earth continuity conductor cable and connecting up to earth dolly on wall /ceilinf/ roof surfaces including taking down existing submain wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note : Three runs of 4sqmm copper conductor and one run of PVC casing and capping / PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply and fix in repairs MCB Single Pole & Neutral 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA 240 volts, 50 Hz AC all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs sheetmetal enclosure MCB distribution board, single pole and neutral,two way without bus bar single door, 240 volts all as specified and directed.
