(b) Necessary safety pracaution will be responsibility of the contractor. (c) Old pump shall be deposited at MES yard by the contractor.

Supply,fixing ,testing and commissioning submersible cable ,flat, 16 sqmm,3 core,PVC insulated and PVC sheathed with multi stranded, copper conductor,1100 Volts grade ,fixed to submersible motor column pipe ,using suitable size of clamps made out of stainless steel flat of size 20 x2 mm with steel nuts ,bolts & washer for every column pipe of 3 m length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,fixing ,testing and commissioning submersible cable ,flat, 10 sqmm,3 core,PVC insulated and PVC sheathed with multi stranded, copper conductor,1100 Volts grade ,fixed to submersible motor column pipe ,using suitable size of clamps made out of stainless steel flat of size 20 x2 mm with steel nuts ,bolts & washer for every column pipe of 3 m length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 3.5 core 70 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of UG cable/HT pole in soft/loose soil all complete as specified & as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 Cms in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material (soil) n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point as specified and directed..

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to under ground cable for protection with fine river sand and provide required cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Only compacted thickness after punning will be measured and paid)

M & L for brick protection cover to LT under ground cables with sub class ‘B’ brick, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm ×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead 32 x 6 mm GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

Development of borewell by air compressor of the capacity 475 CFT/per minutes and 1100-350 PSIG appropriate capacty (for 24 hrs air compressor run) as required on ground till to get clear water complete all as specified and directed

Development of borewell using submersible pump of capacity 35000 GPH with variable drive to achieve sand free discharge including yield test complete all as directed

M & L for Pea gravel of size 2 mm to 3.5 mm duly screened and washed around casing pipe and slotted pipe in the bore hole complete all as specified and directed

M & L in replacement of non-return valves(Reflex) of 100 mm nominal (confirming to IS-5312) dia complete all as specified and as directed

M & L in replacement of non-return valves(Reflex) of 150 mm nominal dia (confirming to IS-5312) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for MS flanged column pipe of 100 mm dia 3.0 mtr long with two Nos MS Flanged medium grade including rubber gasket 3.0 mm thick and suitable size of nut bolts and washers

M&L for MS flanged column pipe of 150 mm dia 3.0 mtr long with two Nos MS Flanged medium grade including rubber gasket 3.0 mm thick and suitable size of nut bolts and washers

Supply & Fix MS clamp of size 800 mm long bend to shape 100 mm x 12 mm thick suitable for 150 mm bore column pipe

S & F in replacement synthetic rubber insulated mats 10 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652 of 2006 (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of size 2 m x 1 m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for borewell cover made of MS sheet 3.0 mm thick of size 600 x 600 mm including provn of suitable opening for column pipe 150/100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

M&L in replacement of 100 mm dia sluice valve class PN-1.6 heavy duty flanged ends drilled , ISI-marked confirming to IS:14846 suitable for following bore pipe, wheel oprated (Handle) with high tensile stainless steel spindle, including nuts, bolts and jointing with jointing materials etc. complete including taking out old existing unservicable sluice valve incl. making arrangement for safe working all as specified and directed.
