Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles (10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, size of tiles 600mm X 1200mmx9-10mm thick using spacers in floors etc over 15mm thick over screed bed in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

ditto as per serial item No-02 but as in dado/skirting etc over 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&I Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x 600x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 8-10mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick cement plaster as backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 7 to 8 mm thick anti- skid ceramic coloured digital tiles (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile 300x400mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps jambs, pillars, window cills cooking platforms and like in CM (1:4) over and including screed bedding CM (1:6) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, cutting and moulding edges complete including taking out old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L heavy duty textured /anti skid surfaces, full body vitrified tiles of size 600X600X15mm thick high value breaking/impact strength set, jointed and painted in white or coloured cement to match the tile over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for fixing of 200x1000mmx9mm thick Ceremic wooden planks/Tiles of rectangular in size fixing over 15mm thick in screed bed in CM 1:6,set and jointed and pointed with wihte or coloured cement to match the surfaces complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on bricks or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM ( 1:6 ) plaster on wall/ concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement including two coat of cement base paint over coat cement primer complete all as specified and directed.
