Dismantling old 100mm C.I. pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes along with fittings, including stacking of pipes at site lead up to 50 metre all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old 150mm C.I. pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes along with fittings, including stacking of pipes at site lead up to 50 metre all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for Ductile Iron Pipes (DI Pipes), ISI marked, Class K-7, 100 mm dia, laid in trenches including jointing with EPDM rubber gaskets conforming to IS 8329, including application of approved lubricant/grease, cutting, grinding, and finishing of pipes as required to suit site conditions, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 150 mm dia Centrifugally (Spun) Ductile Iron Double Flanged Pipes of Class K - 9 conforming to IS : 8329 as suction and delivery for OHT of height not more than 17mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying D.I. specials of class K-12 Suitable upto 150mm dia such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs etc suitable for push-on jointing as per IS : 9523 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of C.I. sluice valve upto 150mm including stacking of useful materials within a lead of 50 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) Class II of 150mm sizes complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) Class II of 100mm sizes complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable valve chamber in complete and Construction of valve chamber of Internal size 1200mm x 1200mm x 1200mm deep with 200mm thick PCC block masonry walls built in CM 1:6 over 100 mm thick foundation concrete in PCC 1:4:8 type D2, (Using 40 mm graded coarse aggregate) with 100 mm off sets, 15mm thick complete internal plaster and external plaster up to a depth of 15 cm below GL in CM (1:6), 3 mm thick MS sheet cover, double door welded to 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm MS angle frame fixed with hold fasts, 20mm x 6mm flat iron hinges with locking arrangement including lock sixty five mm, brass and keys, MS handles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all steel surfaces including excavation & earth work in any type of soil /soft disintegrated rock and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.
