Excavating in trenches, not exceeding1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out for laying of GI water tubing etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and in layers not exceeding 25cms thick without damaging pipes/special fittings as in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches steel water tubing galvanised medium grade and connection including fitting like Tee, Bend, Socket, Elbow, Short pieces connectors, plugs, and unions etc, cutting threading the following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE: (i) Cast iron pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items. (ii) Cost of excavation returning filling etc. will deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

Excavating bituminous road appx 1.2 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth to complete the work at the earliest on highways and main roads for laying/ repair pipes, retuning filling in and finishing the top surface after laying/repair of pipe work with PCC (1:2:4) type B2 to a minimum depth of 300mm over dry mix concrete (1:4:8) type D2 to a minimum depth of 600mm over rammed earth to suit the site requirement and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L to attend breakdown complaints like no water supply in service tank, pipe line leakages etc and also removing air lock in married / OTM accommodation with help of required tools and GI fittings of any size/dia like union, elbow, tee, bend, nipple, socket etc including excavation if required for rectification of leakage of GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Rate of item union, elbow, nipple bend socket shall be included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) All the pipes/ lead joint/ Tyton joint/ rubber gasket joints required for the job will be measured and paid separately. (iii) The break down will be intimated on Telephone/ whatsapp message to contractor/ rep of contractor. (iv) The break down complaints can be from New project area, Old project area, KVS under 24ED AOR all the entire water supply distribution system pipe line.

S&F in replacement off load change over switch in sheet metal enclosure 4 poles with neutral link , 415 volts, 200 Amps current raiting conforming to IS; 13947 (Part-3): IEC; 60947-3 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for galvanised Nut bolt and washer in as required size ISI marked suitable for bracing/ jointing to water rising main line complete all as specified and directed.

Draining out the over head water reservoir/ under ground water tank complete in capacity upto 1 Lakh gallons using pumps set for de-watering and through in near by drain. Cleaning / scarbing with wire brush / broom and washing with bleaching powder mixed water, etc all taking out from in side the tank in Ist phase after that all in side suface cleaning by chemical upto zero bacteria removing slugs / wast material and deposting where as directed minium 50 Mtr above from site including white washed in two coat in side the tank surface and date of cleaning to be entered in tank with specifed colour then refilling as same complete all as specified & directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be including cost of repairing material cause damage during above work.

M&L for chemical to burn out the shrub/grass/ unwanted small trees etc 100% in out fit area of electrical sub station located at E/M installations in AOR spreaded by using spray gun equally in a given time interval complete all as specified & directed. Note: Chemical sample shall be supplied in sealed container 2.00 to 5.00 Ltrs each as approved by Deptt.

S &F stainless steel name sign board made out of wide angle cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting type XI retro reflective and fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheet and back support frame of 25X25X3mm angle frame supported by 380D stainless steel pipe and 760D pipe stainless steel vertical post grade 304 of size of 900X600mm ( 2 nos vertical post height of 2 mtr above GL) as specified including letters writting both sides, neccessary required PCC of size 600x600X600mm complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for every six month Bacteriological/ Chemical water testing analysis reports main pump houses. Sample shall be collected by contractor and testing will be done at Jal Kal Vibhag Nagar Nigam at Govt laboratory and report to be submitted to this office in duplicate copy complete all as specified & directed.

Note :- (i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items.
