Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 part cement, 3 part fine aggregate and 6 part coarse aggregate) grade using crusher broken hard coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20mm and downgraded to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 7.5N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary, placing concrete in layers and without vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Colour washing two coats in all floors using best freshly burnt white shell lime and best quality of approved variety of colouring pigment including cost of lime, colouring pigments, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. Mineral colouring pigments not affected by lime should only be used (stainers and colour solutions should not be used.)

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of cement paint over one coat of cement primer as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifications. (The colour and shade of the cement paint shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Removing old paint from iron surface with sand paper

Painting iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, grill work, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting old iron work with two coats for doors,windows,ventilators with Synthetic Enamel paint etc complete.

Supplying and fixing of M.S flat of size 20 x 6 mm for the fabrication of post as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and Fixing Name Plates with MS plates of BG 10 fitted in an angle of size 25 mm x 25 mm with two coats of enamel paintings for instruments in the FCS

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of steel Name board of size 0.9 X 0.6. The outer frame of the board made of 25 x 25 mm hollow square pipe of best quality. The corners are neatly welded to form homogeneous joint. C.R. Sheet of 20 gauge is welded to the frames at the edges. 50 mm dia MS pipe of length 4000 mm is provided on either side of the name board panel as supporting structure. The bottom of the pipe is buried in concrete at site as directed by the departmetal officers. Vinyl in elecro cut lettering as per design appoved by the departmental officers and struck to the panel neatly. The supporting pipes are given a coat of red oxide primer over which two coats of sythetic enamel paint is applied. The cost includes cost of materials, Labour charges, transport erection, painting and all taxes etc. complete.

Providing supplying and erection of steel indication board of size 20"x5" 18 gauge with 3' height mounting rod (Total weight 1.5 kg/1No.) incuding painting and lettering etc. and including conveyance and delivery charges to the site etc.

Fabricating and supplying of Protection Box for observation bore well using 5 mm thick M.S. Steel Plates to the dimension of 650 mm * 400 mm. Height of box at rear side is 530 mm and 450 mm at front side. Top cover with projection to be provided with necessary hinges and pad lock arrangement to open and lock the box. Necessary arrangements to be provided at the bottom of the box to embed the box with concrete platform. The alround horizontal ties are with three numbers of 40 x 40 x 6 mm M.S. angle one at botton and one at middle and one at top, 16 x 16 x M.S. Square rod are to be provided in between the vertical angles at 15 cm c/c. The gate should be of 0.75 x 1.50 m size with 40 x 40 x6 mm M.S. angle at round and one horizontal at middle including 16 x 16 mm M.S. square rod for vertical at 15cm c/c with necessary aldrop for locking arrangements.
