The procurement will be made from OEM or their authorized dealers or from the firms who have successfully supplied same items to NR or any other Railway unit. Tenderers participating as OEM authorized dealer must attach tender specific authorization of OEM and tenderers participating as Successful past supplier of same/similar item must attach the proof of successful past supply along with their offer.
