Easing of door or window shutters of any size and any number of panels for smooth opening and closing, including planing/trimming as necessary, tightening and adjustment of hinges, re-fixing hinges where required, adjustment of tower bolts, sliding bolts, aldrops and other existing fittings, complete for one door or one window, all as specified and as directed.

Taking down door or window shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2.00 Sqm and replacing worn out or damaged second class hardwood hanging stiles, rails or other framing members as required, including necessary cutting, fitting, screwing, glueing and making good, and refixing the shutter in the same opening complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting out unserviceable box type hinges from steel window shutters and welding purpose-made trade pattern box type hinges in position, including all necessary welding, grinding, dressing, alignment and adjustment of shutters to ensure smooth opening and closing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing PVC door shutter and refixing in the same opening after necessary repairs including tightening of cleats, repairs to hinges, governing pivots, etc., to ensure smooth opening and closing operation, complete all as specified and directed.
