Supplying, fabricating, and fixing in position cavity flooring of 300mm height from finished floor level using steel cementitious access floor panels of size 600mm × 600mm (Unitile USF800 or equivalent), mounted on Edge Support Rigid Grid pedestal system capable of withstanding UDL of 1200 kg/sqm and point load of 360 kg. Pedestal assembly to include epoxy-coated GI base plate (110×110×2mm), threaded GI pipes (25mm OD and ID), check nut, and GI pedestal head (90×90×4mm), fixed to floor with adhesive/screws at 600mm c/c.
