Amount

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

providing and fixing false celling of 12 mm thick as per drawing including powder coated G.I.wall angel of 20 mmx 20mm size, G.I. grid runners of size 20 mm x 38 mm at 600 mm center to center both ways and suspended using G.I. 3mm wire including fixing using butterfly clips and fasterners including transporting, scaffolding all necessary labour and machinery, finishing etc. complete.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below

providing and fixing in position (as per 1868/ 1982) aluminium sliding window of three tracks with rectangular pipe 95 x 38.10 x0.90mm at weight 0.637 kilogram / one running metre. With window frame bottom track section 92 x 31.75x 1.30 mm at weight 1.070 kilogram / one running metre. top and side track section 92 x 31.75 x1.30 mm at weight 0.933 kilogram / running metre. ther shutter should be of bearing bottom 40x80 x1.25 mm at weight 0.417 kilogram / one running metre. inter locking section 40x 80 x 1.10 mm at weight 0.469 kilogram / running metre. and handle and top section 40x 80 x 1.25 mm at weight 0.417 kilogram / running metre. as per detailed drawings and as directed by engineer in charge with all necessary aluminium section fixtures and fastenings such as roller bearing in nylon casting and self locking catch fitted in vertical section of shutter including 5 mm thick plain glass and aluminium mosquito net shutter with stainless steel jail with all required screws and nuts etc. completet. with powder coating without box.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
