Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5.0 Km all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendaring 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces of external wall mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperatly)

M&L for preparation of new surface of walls (external surfaces) and Finishing the walls surfaces with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) , as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and applying wall care putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of existing roof treatment of any type, description incuding tarfelt/cement plaster etc from roof surfaces including cleaning the surface and removing the debris from site 'including dismantling and refixing of water tanks etc with all necessary fittings after complete of WPT' etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggegate) (average 50 mm thickness) as in levelling course / padding over roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and fair with out using extra cement complete as in roof. (Water proofing compound) shall be measured & paid seperately complete all as specified and directed..

Supply only water proofing compound.

M&L for cleaning newly plastered surfaces and applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed; laid over and including 20 mm thick screed beding in cement mortar (1:4) , set jointed with grey cement and pigment pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished etc complete all as specified and directed.
