Excavating in trenches,in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation etc or shafts,walls,cesspits,manholes,pier holes,etc.n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out all as specified and as directed.

Returning,filling in,including spreading,leveling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the strarting point.

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of under ground cable including spreading and punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for well burnt brick of size (sub class B) locally available as protection of cable in trenches including taking out old bricks complete all as specifed. Note : Taking out bricks reused as per ground requirement

Cutting of existing PCC road / hard standing / floor, etc. exc. 45 cm. and not exc. 90 cm in depth and width 45 cm (min) for laying of cable protection pipe, etc. and making good and finished the disturbed surfaces with existing materials complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade for cable protection including all fittings and fixtures and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in trenches.

Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc including taking down/up existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Repair/maintenance and servicing of oil cooled step down transformer of capacity 150 to 300 KVA, comprising following work services :- (a) Disconnection of cable termination of HT & LT ends. (b) Opening of top cover by removing nuts, bolts and all mounting accessories and conservator tanks. (d) Cleaning all sludges from main oil tank and conservator tank and removal off the site. (e) Servicing of tap changing gears by cleaning and polishing tapping contact points. (f) Cleaning, polishing of serviceable bush and stud both HT/LT side and refixing the same. (g) Replacing unserviceable stud and bush as required as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (h) New silica gel requied for replacing Note : (i) While replacing and refixing the stud and bush all nuts, washers and gaskets are to be replaced with new one against the coated rate (ii) New bushes and studs required for replacement . (j) Refixing all cable terminals HV & LV sides and transformer top cover, conservator tank in position. (k) Connecting HT & LT side with existing incoming and outgoing cables including reconnection of earth strip/lead. Note: (i) HT side cable connection shall be made with new HT tape & M Seal Monoplast. (ii) M seal monoplast required for replacement shall be deemed in coated rate. (iii) The items of work mentioned here-in-after are tentative and may vary as per site requirement as assessed by the representative and the Engn-in-Charge after strip inspection and the contractor shall have no claim on that account. (iv) Contractor wiil be very careful and should ensure not to enter any type of moisture in side the transformer during maintenance.

Supply and refilling of transformer oil having di-electric strength not less than 50 KV after initial dehydration/filteration conforming to IS 335 and ISI marked to be brought at site in sealed container different capacity of transformers including drain out the old transformer oils all as directed.

Supply and fixinfy buchholz relay for 250 KVA Buck/Boost transformer as per existing type and model.

Material and labour for painting of transformers any capacity with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after and including cleaning of existing surface of all dirts and greasy materials including marking of SM/MES Nos with letters n exc 15cm height at appropriate places complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The superficial area for the purpose of painting shall be considered approx 10 Sqm.

Complete servicing to the DG set comprising of the following works for the capacity 20 to 35 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge :- (a) Draining out unserviceable engine oil from engine, refill with new. (Engine oil will be supplied by contactor) (b) Cleaning all sludge/deposits in the oil sump and removed off the site c) Supply and replacing the primery, secondary and bi-pass fuel filters (d) Supply and replacing oil filters with gasket ( e) Cleaning of air filters (f) Supply and replace unserviceable hose pipe as required at site (g) Supply and replace PVC fuel indication tube (h) Supply and replacing battery terminals (g) Cogged fan belt

Material and labour for painting of panel board any size at various locations with two coat of superior quality of synthetic enamel paint after cleaning of existing surface including marking of incoming feeder and outgoing feeder with letters n exc 15cm height complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for cleaning of PCC pole 9 mtr long and carrying out following phase of work all sa directed.
