Disconnecting HT supply and taking out defective trolley of VCB/SF6 breaker HT 11 KV, 630 Amps of any make and type and servicing of trolley of VCB by cleaning isolating contacts moving parts removing dust particles from bus bar chamber spout gear mechanism and moving parts, repair to motor charge spring mechanism tightening of nut & bolts, clamps of entire trolley components and replacement of all unserviceable spares as required and all as directed, inserting in trolley, testing commissioning and putting the supply on load with proper calibration complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Servicing/repairs will be carried out by OEM or authorised dealer only . (ii) Spares as required for replacement will be of the same company as of existing make or as recommended by the OEM. (iii) Cost of spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (iv) When shutdown of HT installation has demanded by contractor for servicing of VCBs , supply will be backed up through diesel generator sets, costs of fuel will be deducted from contractor dues till restoration of supply.

Disconnecting HT supply and taking out PT 11KV/ 110V and CT having ratio of 400-200/5 + 515 suitable for HT 11 KV of any make, servicing by cleaning the parts, removing dust particles by using high speed blower, tightening nut bolts of all the components of PT/CT and bus bar chamber and replacement of all unserviceable spares as required, testing commissioning and putting the supply on load (including maintain the load equally on all phases), calibrating all the relays and testing for full load to work efficiently complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Servicing/repairs shall be carried out by OEM's authorised dealer only. (ii) Spares as required for replacement shall be of the same company as of existing make or as recommended by the OEM. (iii) Cost of spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as "Supply only". (iv) During the shutdown of HT installation for PT servicing supply will be backed up through diesel generator sets, costs of fuel will be deducted from contractor dues till restoration of supply.

Supply only in replacement copper strip connector with proper insulation ( heat shrink sleev/ tube) for CT with nut & bolts suitable for HT 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item no 24 to 30:- Fixing charges of materials from item no 24 to 30 are included in quoted rate of item no 23. No additional charges will be levied on department.

S&F in repairs insulating mat of size 2m x 1m x 2.5mm for voltage upto 11 KV suitable for HT installations complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces by brushing/cleaning stain, greasy spots with thinner outside cover of bus riser & supports and spray painting with two coat of synthetic super enamelled paint to match with existing colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for attending major breakdown on HT lines, UG cables including replacement of insulators/ conductors and laying of temporary cables etc. Note:- (i) The contactor shall immediately attend breakdown on short notice as & when required with T&P and transport on receipt of information in required to breakdown on the direction of Engr-in-charge. (ii) In case contractor fails to attend and rectify the fault within 2 hrs after intimation by department by any means, he will liable to bear the recovery @ Rs 2000/- per hour, after intimation of 24 hours department will rectify the fault through other agency on contractor risk and cost and double amount should be recovered from contractor's dues. (iii) During breakdown of HT installation, supply will be backed up through diesel generator sets, costs of fuel will be deducted from contractor dues, after four hours of complaints registered by any means till restoration of supply.

S&F in repair Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm.

All as per item No 34 here-in-before but 240 sqmm to 300 sqmm.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 300 sq. mm, 3 core.

Material and Labour for core cutting of existing PCC/RCC of size upto 300mm dia (as per site requirement) for taking out/laying of XLPE heavy duty cable including necessary work required and matching with the existing surface with same material complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Dehydration including filtration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine of 11/0.433 KV transformer at site and topping up deficient transformer oil including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filtration complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Deficient quantity of Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule here-in-after as supply only.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS having dielectric strength of 45-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in transformer or for topping up as required and directed.

M&L for excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for river washed and screened, dry sand filling in trenches for cushioning of UG cables as layers of 8 cm before laying and 15 cm after laying of cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

Supplying and laying Class HV tiles PCC cable cover type 1, for 11 KV flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing excavated material (i.e. soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
