Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and RCC copings etc, in any position complete all as directed and removal of debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position, louvres, jallies & framework etccomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' Fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean raidus bulit in C:M 1:6 all complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with old bricks retrived from dismantling straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean raidus bulit in C:M 1:6 including cleaning of old bricks from existing cement mortar etc all complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded mechanically crusted stone aggregate as in, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
