Labour charges with bonus (8.33%)for day to day operation, overall supervision, preparation of food, cleaning ,washing & wiping of entire inside space of the bungalow up keepment of all furniture, gadgets, kitchen appliance , cookeries , utensils, cleaning of toilet, bath room ,urinals of PRANTIK Inspection Bungalow ,making necessary arrangement for drinking water at all rooms and preparation of bed and change of bed sheet ,pillow cover, sofa, dining table , TV sets , telephone, fridge, A.C machine, R.O. water filter, entire window glass & partition glass, etc. all equipments, operation of illumination system including pump & IEP& lighting arrangement, proper recording of all proceedings ,guarding for 24 hours a day and beautification of garden etc. all complete on daily basis as per direction of EIC. (For One year) (Six Nos. Labour ) (6 x 365days. = 2190 days )

Supply and delivery of Room freshener , Liquid soap , Toilet soap , Lysol, Duster, Broom , Wiper , Colene , Good night/All out for Cleaning ,washing and wiping of all space and floor of Bungalow including doors windows ,walls, ceiling, stairs etc. free from dust and up keepment of all furniture, gadgets etc. By supplying necessary materials as and when required as per direction of EIC

Supply and delivery of Odonil , Naphthalene, Harpic, Wiper , Phenyl , Bleaching powder, Muriatic acid, Broom, Toilet Paper, Commode brush, Duster for Cleaning, washing and sweeping of toilets and bathroom of Bungalow and removing bats and other foreign materials from surface drain of whole compound etc. as and when required as per direction of EIC.

Cleaning and washing of clothing of doors, windows screen, bed cover, bed sheet, mosquito nets, pillow cover, bath towels, Curtain after using one time including ironing the same and carpet as per direction of EIC.

Supply and delivery of Scotch bright , Vim bar Kitchen duster, Colene, Lysol, K.Oil, Broom, Wiper , Liquid soap , maintenance of Mixy & Micro Oven for up keepment and Cleaning , washing of kitchen appliances, cookeries, utensils as and when required as per direction of EIC.

Supply and delivery of Decorative Plants/Fruits Plants, Seasonal Flowers , Fertilizer , Cowdung , Bone dust , pesticides, insecticides , Cutting equipment , Watering equipment , etc for beautification of the existing garden and the vacant place inside the compound including regular curing, watering, nursing, uprooting seasonal plants, propagation by cutting ,truing, pruning, weeding young plants, at Bungalow as and when required as per direction of EIC.

Maintenance & minor repairing of electrical equipment like compartmentalized automatic change over lighting panel, geezers , Fridge, Washing Machine ,Vacuum Cleaner ,TPN MCB 415 V( 6 nos.) & SP MCB 240 V(19 nos) , pump motor, panel board ,all switch , all decorative lamps , garden light, exhaust fan and operation of all switch, including replace of CFL Lamp (if require) as and when require

Annual maintenance of R.O. Filter , A.C. Machine (12 nos.) , Kitchen Chimney , Cable connection for 6 nos. T.V. , Telephone charges and I.E.P. back washing

Operation of Automatic DG set by supplying of H.S. Diesel and lubricants for auxiliary power during power failure. Inspection Bungalow( 25 KVA)

Provision for making payment towards labour wages in case of enhancement within the stipulated period of the said work tobe paid in the following manner [Enhancement of wages+8.33% bonus+5% Over headcharges+10% contractors profit + 3.25% ESIC Contribution of Employer + 11% EPF Contribution of Employer]
