SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF TYPE XI DIGITALLY PRINTED SIGN BOARDS FOR UTTARA KANNADA DISTRICT

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

The bidder should be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized dealer of the OEM for supply of Items for which they have submitted the bid, with supply experience of minimum 3 years to any of the Government Departments / Organizations / Undertakings in India/Governmnet related projects

The bidder directly or their OEM should have supplied the Items for which they have submitted the bid, similar to the type, size and complexity specified in the specifications, during the last 3 years i.e., 2022-23 2023-24 and 2024-25, either in single or multiple orders, to any of the Government Departments / Government Undertakings / Government Organizations / in India of not less than 80 % (40% in case of MSE Units) of the tendered quantity in a single or multiple order/s to any of the State/ Central Government Departments/ organisation in India, during previous 3 years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

The bidder should have on Average Annual turnover not less than twice the estimated value of the tender, during preceding 3 years 2021-22 2022-23 and 2023-24 The bidders can also submit turnover for the latest three financial years 2022-23 2023-24 and 2024-25 if the Statutory Audit is done and ITR is filed

The bidder should have a office in Karnataka, as on the date of tender submission. (criteria is applicable in case of all such equipment for which the after sales services/maintenance is necessary)

The bidder shall be original Manufacturer of the Retro Reflective sheeting and Road furniture or specifically certified Authorized Convertor by the Original Manufacturer of the and shall submit such Authorization certificate along with the bid. The Bidder must obtain & must produce such authorization on the name of the work from the Manufacturer. The authorization certificate issued by distributor dealer/power of attorney holder shall not be entertained.This authorized converter certificate should be valid till the originally scheduled closing date of bid submission.

The bidder shall obtain from the sheeting manufacturer of Retro Reflective Sheeting a Pre- Qualification Warranty certificate in original of 10 years for Type XI sheeting

a)The Bidder should undertake that the Equipment/Hardware/Software/ Accessories supplied by the vendor is genuine and does not contain used or any refurbished parts b)The bidder / OEM should not have been debarred/blacklisted by any State Government, Central Government, Central & State Govt. Undertakings/ enterprises/ Organisations and by any other Quasi Government bodies/ Organizations, World Bank / Govt E-marketing portal or any major Enterprise / Organization in India for non-satisfactory performance, corrupt & raudulent or any other unethical business practices, not meeting critical conditions/ security clearance etc c)The bidder should not be under liquidation court receivership or similar proceedings and should not be bankrupt

The Products offered by the bidder shall meet the specification as per Appendix I of the Bid Document.

IThe bidder should have valid documentary proof of GST registration

a)The bidder should agree for onsite warranty for a minimum period of 10 year (apart the accident at road) from the date of supply for all the equipment. The Warranty should carry service and maintenance, replacement of The bidder should provide adequate service support during the period of Warrantyequipment/hardware/ free of cost b)Ensure availability of service for at least the next 2 years for the products offered after completion of the Warranty period

The bidder from such countries sharing a land border with India will be eligible to participate only if the bidder is registered with the Competent Authority as per the Directions of the Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
