Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size not less than 300X 450 X7 to 8mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as wall, dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat on fair faces of brick work in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm,in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18mm to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work including table rubbed and polished and exposed visible edge moulding/rounding in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over and including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete sunken floor treatment by provide water proofing treatment to sunken floor surfaces of RCC slab by the following specifications as specified and directed :- (a) Demolition of old sunken surfaces complete and cleaniong of all loose particles and apply cement slurry @3.00 kg / sqm on old surfaces by brushing. (b) PCC 1: 1.5:3 type A1 with using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in slope of average thickness 50mm on sunken floor slab mixed with and including integral water proofing compound manufactured by Dr FIXIT or equivalent as approved, finish the surface even & smooth without using extra cement. (c) Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with & including integral water proofing compound on sunken floor and sides of (Vertical surface) sunken portion. (d) Applying surfaces of bituminous primer (conforming to IS-3384-1965) @0.40 Kg/Sqm complete. On complete sunken surfaces of floor & wall and provide necessary connections to soil/waste pipe from WC/ nahani trap etc including demolition of old sunken complete all as specified and as directed. (e) After laying of all sewage/plumbing pipes with fixtures in position, apply two coats of polymeric based chemical as per manufactures instructions over bottom and sides of sunken portion nexc 600 mm height. (f) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with plyester non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed. (g) Fill the sunken floor with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using brick aggregate. (h) Fixing of 50 mm dia CPVC pipe projecting 450 mm clear of face outer wall shall be provided to drain out seepage water if any. (j) Testing of sunken as per specification mentioned in SSR part-I/ P.S. Note: Floor Area shall be measured for payment.

Demolition of cement concrete n.exc 15 cm depth of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided (below or above ground level) including removal of concrete debris from site up to 500 metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
