Imp. Note - 1. The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for EPF & ESIC deposit shall not be made. 2. The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank. 3. The bidder must possess sufficient manpower & other resources (as detailed in SGF ) required for the timely completion of work.

(A). The supply and installation of the Main Table with free standing pedestal(storage box) as shown in annexure -1 of sizes mentioned below: Width of main table (+/- 10mm) = 2400 mm Depth of main table (+/- 5mm) = 1050 mm Height of main table (+/- 5mm) = 750 mm Wire management through main spine: Wire shall be routed into the system through cable duct from the junction boxes and it is carried up to the panels through concealed conduits. Primary Work Surface - Made of 36mm (+/- 1 mm) thick medium density fibre board as per IS: 12406 with high gloss white finish polyurethane coating on both sides. Table side panel: Made of 36mm (+/- 1 mm) thick medium density fibre board as per IS: 12406 with Pigmented Polyurethane coating on both sides. Modesty Panel: Modesty panel is made of 25mm (+/- 1 mm) thick medium density fibre board as per IS: 12406 with Pigmented Polyurethane coating on both sides. Metal Plate: Metal plate is made of 8mm thick stainless-steel grade 304 or better. It is fixed between the main top panel and side panel on both sides Leather Pad:It shall bemade of 1.2mm thick GI sheet (as per IS: 277) with genuine leather (as approved by CSD, RRCAT) on top side and wool polyester of 350g/sqm felt on bottom side. Size of leather pad shall be 1200mm X 450mm. The cost of item includes the cost of free standing pedastal (i.e. item consists of table with free standing pedastal) described as below:

Free standing Pedestal (file storage box) : The installation of free standing, 4 - twin black nylon castorsupported (minimum), with 3drawer= 2 box +1 file storage type of size mentioned below: Box type storage dimension: width of storage unit (+/-10mm) = 400mm Height of storage unit (+/- 5mm) = 130mm Depth of storage unit (+/- 5 mm) = 450mm File type storage dimension: width of storage unit (+/- 10mm) = 400mm Height of storage unit (+/- 5mm) = 400mm Depth of storage unit (+/- 5 mm) = 450mm Top Panels: Made of 36mm thick medium density fibre board as per IS: 12406 with pigmented polyurethane coating on both sides. The supply and installation of computer table unit as shown in annexure -1 of sizes mentioned below: 2020mm (w) x 700mm (D) x 750/1850mm(H) with top made of 36mm (+/- 1mm) thick medium density fiber board as per IS: 12406 with pigmented polyurethane coating on both sides. Wire management through main spine: wire shall be routed into the system through cable duct from the junction boxes and it is carried up to the panels through concealed conduits inside the blocks with provision of access flap/pop up box having 2 no. of 16 & 6ampere switch socket and 1 no. of RJ-45 socket on top surface of table. Table side panel: Made of 36mm (+/- 1mm) thick medium density fibre board as per IS: 12406 with Pigmented Polyurethane coating on both sides Understructure Panel: Made of 18mm (+/-1 mm) thick MDF board as per IS: 12406 with pigmented Polyurethane coating on both sides. A CPU bottom panel is provided with castor at bottom for ease of opening and closing CPU door with user’s approved panel door hinge. There shall be provision of in built footrest with the reception unit itself raised above 100-125 mm from finish floor level. Display shelf Panels: Made of 36mm (+/-1 mm) thick medium density Fibre Board as per IS: 12406 with pigmented polyurethane coating on both sides. Understructure Panel: Made of 18mm (+/-1 mm) thick MDF board as per IS: 12406 with pigmented Polyurethane coating on both sides. Bottom Panel: Made of 36mm (+/-1 mm) thick medium density Fibre Board as per IS: 12406 with pigmented polyurethane coating on both sides. Door Panels: made of 18mm (+/-1 mm) thick medium density fibre board as per IS: 12406 with pigmented polyurethane coating on both sides. Essential Accessories: Wire Riser made of 0.8mm CRCA (IS-513) to be provided for proper wire management. Organizer Plate made of 1.2mm CRCA (IS-513) to be provided for magnetic sticky notes along the width of table. Power box made with 0.8 mm thick CRCA (IS: 513), with switch plate (8+3 Module cutout provision for Anchor Roma type switch). This is fixed with worktop along the width at Access Flap positionwith provision of access flap/pop up box having 2 no. of 16 /6 ampere switch socket and 1 no. of RJ-45 socket on top surface of table.

The top of desk shall be covered with membrane foil to provide for a scratch and stain resistant work surface. General Notes: 1. Rates to include all taxes, GST, cost of material, labour, tools, plants, transportation , installation, wastage etc. to complete the work at site in all respect as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. 2. The Final scheme of color, shade and texture shall be approved by the competent authority, RRCAT. 3. Line Diagram of each furniture (annex-1 & 2) enclosed is only indicative. The actual product must be as per item and should meet all the technical specifications as per item. 4. The metallic parts wherever used i.e CRCA sheet shall be processed with 7 tank treatment process. 5. The thickness of polyurethane coating wherever mentioned shall not be less than 250 micron 6. All internal electrical wiring pertaining to furniture (within furniture unit) shall be done by the contractor. All wiring shall be done by using FRLS (fire retardant low smoke) wires. 7. All furniture items are subjected to inspection during fabrication and/or pre dispatch stage. 8. Heavy quality buffers below side panels/supports wherever required shall be provided in sufficient numbers. 9. All items of furniture shall be subjected to minimum 1 year of Warranty from the date of completion of work
