Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Bidder shall have successfully executed at least one similar order of value not less than Rs.32.77 lakh in single order for contract period of one year in State or Central or PSU or Govt. Autonomous bodies, during previous five financial years (i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26). Bidder shall furnish one single order copy with order value not less than Rs.32.77 lakh.

Bidder shall furnish satisfactory work completion certificate signed by the head of the department or competent authority for corresponding above order and shall be completed before this bid notification date.

Financial Status

Bidder shall have an average annual turnover of not less than Rs.65.55 lakh in any two financial years during the last 5 financial years (i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26). Bidder shall furnish annual financial turnover certificate mentioning UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) duly signed by Chartered accountant in this regard.

Others

Bidder shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or authorized partner of OEM. OEM shall furnish self-declaration on a letter head stating that they are the OEM of offered equipment and Authorized partner shall furnish authorization letter from the OEMs as indicated in Annexure-5 of Bid document.
