Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls/ceiling etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and concertina coil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5m wide and nexc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in Soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick as in soils etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance nexc 50m and depositing where directed at a level nexc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, steps, plinth courses, benching, kneelers, apex stone bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with and including necessary formwork to achieve even and smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in brick walls finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations filling/mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including, securing and tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bar shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed gaur bars, barred iron, doors, ladders, framed, baluster walkways railings and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over 10cm in width or girth of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over nexc 10 cm in width or girth of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and including cornices plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove all loose scales, and foreign materials scarping down, smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of cement base paint including watering and curing of surface adequately before and after application of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of beams and columns plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove all loose scales, and foreign materials scarping down, smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts treating oil and greasy spots and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats cement base paint on newly plastered surface of wall over a coat of primer including preparation of surface all as specified and as directed.

Supply only concertina coil razor type of 0.60Mtr dia in 06 coil in stretch of 1.0m length for fencing work, straining and fixing to angle iron/barbed wire with and including necessary clips for each bundle of coil for securing complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only concertina coil of 0.6mtr dia in 06 coil in stretch of 1.0m length for fencing work, straining and fixing to angle iron/barbed wire with and including necessary clips for each bundle of coil for securing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking and reving rubbish of broken glass coping on top of wall in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.
