Exacavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for taking out or laying of pipes, including forming bottom surfaces of trenches as required level/slope etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n.exe 50Mtr & depositing where directed at a level n.exe 1.5m above or below the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 3-layer PP-R (P o l y p r o p y l e n e random copolymer) pipes 110 mm dia, PN 10/SDR 11, inner antimicrobial, outer UV stablised, ISI marked, fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all PP-R plain & brass threaded p o l y p r o p y l e n e random fittings, fixed complete to walls, ceilings in floors or laid in trenches etc.including taking down of old pipe complete all as specified and directed. Cleaning (inside tank only) of RCC UG sump of capacity 2500 Gallons, using following stages of cleaning process including arrangement of necessary T&P, labour and Chemicals machanize etc before starting process of cleaning complete all as specified and directed : (a) Mechanized Dewatering (b) Sludge Removal (c) High Pressure Cleaning (d) Vaccum cleaning (e) Antibacterial spray (f) UV radiation (g) Painting two coats of black bituminous paint on internal surface of reservoir after cleaning the sump. Note : (i) The entire work shall be carried out by well expericenced personal/firms having experience of similar nature of work (ii) Entire T&P and all safety measures during the work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost (iii) Date of cleaning shall be written over the outer surface at appropriate level to be decided by Engineer in Charge with synthetic enamel paint of letters not less than 100mm height and the cost of the same shall be deemed to include in the quoted unit rate of the contractor

Supply & fixing PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) for outer dia of pipe 63 mm as per requirement of the site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair FRP construction solution preparation cum settling tank, capacity 100 ltrs with level gauge, lid inlet/outlet connection, drain connection and fitted with speed reducer motor and SS agitator including replacing the old one, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repair chemical dosing (metering) pump, 6ltrs/hr@10Kg back pressure electromagnetic type with suction and discharge tubing, spring loaded anti siphon valve, foot valve etc complete all as specified and directe. Make : RMCO, CHEMINJECT model RC series 13 cap or equivalent of any other make approved by AGE (I) from list of makes)

Materials and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in coping of existing and new PCC/steel poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for construction of Valve chamber of internal size 900x900x900 mm including necessary earth work excavation, PCC 1:4:8 in foundation type D2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate, PCC solid block wall in CM 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for copping, 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including provision of MS Sheet cover 3.0mm thick with MS angle frame 25x25x3mm all round and at diagnals of size 40 x 40 x 6mm and also MS Plate welded to MS angle, embedded in concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangement, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, necessary excavation earth work etc, all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for cutting the road/ hard standing for taking out or laying of pipes & making good surface with PCC 1:3:6 C-2 Type Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate after laying of pipe including removing debrish the to distance n.exe 50mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 for construction of thrust block for the support of water supply pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of size 50 to 75 mm dia by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 32 above but of size 16 to 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs new rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 Ltr capacity hoisted and fixed in position, connecting with existing pipes all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.
