(c) Painting surfaces shall be cured as soon as paint has hardened so as not be to damaged by the spray about 12hours after the applications. (e) Paints shall be obtained direct from approved manufacturer or from their authorised agents only and brought to site in sealed containers.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint using mechanical means spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint using mechanical means complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of scaffolding (Height 9 to 11 mtr) shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing painted old wood or wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry surfaces etc including racking out joints hacking for keys, scrubbing down wth water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairs to cracks of any description, less than 5mm size by opening up cracks in V-groove manner approximately 6mm x 6mm size using mechanical cutter, cleaning the groove properly to remove loose particles, dust etc, sprinkling with clean water and filling with single component entitious crack filler using readymix powder of cementitious ingredients having compressive strength of 14 N/ mm² after 7 days of complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .
