Amount

Boring 300mm f and upto 10.0 M. depth with one under-reamed bulb 750 mm f (as and where required), for constructing RCC piles, in average type of strata containing sand, medium dry clay mixed with kanker or chhurry or both, with auger machine, providing side support with Bentonite slurry or casing pipe, complete in all respect, as per direction of Engineer-in- charge, including all lead, lift and delift, with cost of all materials, taxes, royalty, carriage, labour and T&P charges required for proper completion of the work.

Providing centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works complete in all respect including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Cutting, bending, binding and placing in position of steel reinforcement including cost of reinforcement steel and binding wire, in piles, beams, slabs, stairs etc. for proper completion of the work.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (R.C.C.) grade M-20 ) cement, coarse sand (F.M. more than 2.0) and graded Bharat Koop stone grit 4.25 to 20mm size using suitable mechanical mixture and mechanical vibrator,, including cost of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Brick Work M 150 grade in 1:3 CM with cement and coarse sand (F.M more than 2.0), complete in all respect, as per direction of Engineer-in- charge, including all lead, lift and delift, with cost of all materials, taxes, royalty, carriage, labour, proper curing and T&P charges required for proper completion of the work.

Laying cement concrete 1:3:6 grade M-10 in foundation with cement, coarse sand (f.M>2.00) and graded Shankargarh stone ballast 20 mm to 40 mm size with mechanical mixing, compaction including cost of all materials, labour , T & P, taxes and octroi etc, required for proper completion of work. as per direction of Engineer- in- charge.

12mm thick Cement Plaster in 1:4 CM with cement and coarse sand (FM more than 2.0), complete in all respect, as per direction of Engineer-in- charge, including cost of all materials, taxes, royalty, carriage, labour, proper curing and T&P charges required for proper completion of the work.

Fabricatin of mild steel/iron work in grill gates, railing, including cutting, drilling holes, riveting ,welding as necessary with one coat of red oxide primer and its cairrage up to site and its fixing in position including cost of all material, labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of work

Painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint on new surface (excluding cost of primer) superior quality such as luxol Higloss, apcolite, superlac, Dulux, including cost of all material, labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.
