Operation and Maintenance of all Electrical & Mechanical Installations at different buildings/installations of Airport such as Terminal Building & City Side Area excluding residential colony, including but not limited to: operation of lift, escalator, switchgears, Carpark/street lighting including rectifying defects / faults /breakdowns by deploying manpower as mentioned in the tender conditions, on all days including Sundays and Holidays including preparation & maintenance of PMI activities, updating of associated log books and records etc., complete as required.

Operation and Maintenance of all Electrical & Mechanical Installations at different buildings/installations of Airport such as Residential Colony, including but not limited to: operation of pumps for water supply, switchgears, Carpark/street lighting including rectifying defects/faults/breakdowns by deploying manpower as mentioned in the tender conditions, on all days including Sundays and Holidays including preparation & maintenance of PMI activities, updating of associated log books and records etc., complete as required.

Operation and Maintenance of all Electrical & Mechanical Installations at different buildings/installations of Airport such as CISF Barrack / ASG establisment including but not limited to: switchgears, Carpark/street lighting including rectifying defects/faults/breakdowns by deploying manpower as mentioned in the tender conditions, on all days including Sundays and Holidays including preparation & maintenance of PMI activities, updating of associated log books and records etc., complete as required.

Execution of item of Schedule of Rates "CPWD DSR 2022 Electrical (Internal & External)" as and when required for attending breakdown, repair & maintenance and upkeep of electrical installations as per directions of E-I-C at different locations of operational and non-operational area, complete as required. [If the agency wants to quote the rates at par with CPWD SR (Electrical) 2022 then 1.00 should be written in the Column box of Rate, If agency wants to quote 5% below to the rates of CPWD SR (Electrical) 2022 than 0.95 should be written in the column box of Rate, If agency wants to quote 5% above to the rates of CPWD SR (Electrical) 2022 than 1.05 should be written in the column box of Rate. This information is only for guidance purpose to the contractor for filling up rates for this item only. However contractor is free to quote the rates any percentage above / below or at par with the rates of CPWD SR (Electrical) 2022].

Rewinding of following capacity, 415Volt 50 Hz AC supply bore well submersible pump motors including replacement of bearing, bush, servicing, transportation charges to and from site etc. complete as required.

Providing water supply test point for checking the output water pressure of the main delivery pipeline (90mm OD GI) of submersible pump by providing required size Preasure Gauge, Tee, Two Nos. Ball Valves for controling the flow of both outgoing branches of the Tee, required short piece, union/flanges, gaskets and other necessary accesories & consumables including necessary cutting, welding, jointing etc. complete as required as per site requirement.

Provision of decorative lighting in Tri-Colors i.e Green, White & Saffron on the Facia of Terminal Building and other ancillary buildings of Dibrugarh Airport with following lighting items complete as required for 05 days per occassion / Job on Independence Day / Republic Day / other occassion as per the direction of EIC.

600 Nos. High lumen LED series lighting chain of desired colour and pattern (minimum chain length 5 mtr and uniform spacing between chains not more than 0.75 mtrs.)

40 Nos. RGB LED Facade/ Disco / Flood light fittings (minimum 100W output power) with desired colour and lighting pattern

Providing Tri-Colored Arch for gates of Terminal Building Depature Entry (3 Nos) and Arrival Exit : Tricolor (saffron, white and Green) cloth decoration along with Tri-color balloons.

Repairing of earth pits by dismantling the existing masonry enclosure and providing masonry enclosure, providing hinged MS cover with suitable locking system as per specifications including, painting the earth pit portion above ground and cover plate, numbering the same, providing and fixing suitable funnel, removing of debris etc. as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including form work etc. as required.

Spray painting with two or more coat of synthetic PU or enamel paint of approved brand, manufacturer and colour to give an even shade for distribution boards, Fire hydrant Pipes, Internal & External Electrical panels/ Junction boxes/feeder pillars, etc. provided in the Terminal Buildings, Technical Block and other Ancillary Buildings including cleaning the surface, applying two or more coats of primer wherever necessary, removing, shifting of installations from existing site to a suitable site for painting where ever required. Scope also includes re-lettering / new lettering of various distribution boards/ panels wherever required.

Cutting road/concrete including equipment, labour etc. and disposal of material as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Hiring of suitable material handling device (such as crane of suitable boom / any suitable equipment) of operating height of 30 meter (minimum) with working bucket, safety harness etc. for replacement of the steel wire rope of the 30.5 meter monumental National Flag Mast installed opposite to Terminal Building of the Dibrugarh Airport. (Steel Rope and Labour for steel rope shall be provided by AAI.)

Hiring of suitable material handling device (such as crane of suitable boom / any suitable equipment) of operating height of 30 meter (minimum) with working bucket, safety harness etc. for replacement of the aviation obstruction light of the 30.5 meter monumental National Flag Mast installed opposite to Terminal Building of the Dibrugarh Airport. (Aviation Obstruction light and Labour shall be provided by AAI.)

Supply of Single Dome Integral LED Aviation Obstruction light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate housing as per approved makes.

Supply and installation of AISI 316 Grade 6 mm SS steel wire ropes suitable for 30.5 m monumental flag mast installed in Dibrugarh Airport. The job includes the supply and installation of 6 mm rope on the 30.5 mtr monumental flag mast. including replacement of stainless steel thimbles, copper splicing, galvanized turnbuckle eye and bull dog grips including using suitable equipments , tools , safety harness etc. complete as required for replacement of the wire rope complete as required. The job also includes removal of existing wire ropes from the high mast.

Painting of street light poles along with supporting structures at anywhere in the airport premises with enamel paint of required colour, approved brand.(1 pole=1 job)

Supply and fixing of SMC loop in loop out box of inside dimension 240 X 200 X 105 ( equivalent to Sintex make model No.GS-JB-2520) including suitable 20 A 4 way DMC connector and din rail etc, including making required interconnections as required.

Laying of HDPE pipe up to 90 mm dia size lSI marked along with all accessories like socket, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984-1995, PN4 grade, PE63 etc. and complete with fitting and cutting, jointing wherever required etc.direct in groundon existing trench (up to 75 cm below ground level) etc. , complete as required.

Supply and Installation of Steel Jet Hand Dryer including making necessory alterations for installation the Jet Hand Dryer, making suitable interconnections etc complete as required. (Equivalent to Make Euronics Model : XJD3B)
