Supply of 5.0mtr high hot dip galvanised Octagonal poles designed to withstand the maximum wind speed as per IS- 875. Poles shall be Made of Materials Hot Rolled Non Alloy Structural steel complying IS-2062 Grade: E 350 / BSEN 10025 AN Grade : S355 with bottom dia 130mm and Top dia 70mm, thickness 3mm. The poles shall be hot dip galvanised (Minimum coating 65 microns) as per IS-4759:1996/ IS-2629 : 1985/ BSEN ISO 1461. HT steel sheet base plate of size 200X200X12mm complying IS: 2062 / BSEN 10025 AN and Cap Type (Cap length Minimum 300mm) Single arm Bracket of 0.5 meter long (With B class G.I Pipes) suitable for fitment with light fixture,cable-entry & exit and earthing lug,including 4Nos of M16X450mm long 'J' type EN 8 grade or equivalent grade steel foundation bolts along with template etc., complete as required. Note: 1.The doors opening of the poles should be waterproof with Reinforcement flat, locking arrangment and 01 no 6Amp. MCB with provision of connector for connection of incoming and outgoing cable size 4C X 25sqm. etc. 2. The tilt angle of bracket shall be decided based on Lux level design as per requirement at site & The tilt angle may not be same for all poles.

Installation, testing & Commissioning of 5.0mtr high hot dip galvanised poles on existing foundation including giving level for light at pole , Numbering of Poles as per Instruction of E-I-C complete as required.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including centring & shuttering. - All work up to plinth level . 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
