Cleaning of septic tank, manholes and inspection chamber etc. by means of removing the silt, sludge, excreta etc. or other materials, by mechanically means and depositing the same, where directed at a distance not exceeding 150m including excavation of pits of required size to accommodate the foul materials taken out from septic tank, manholes, soakage pits and covering of the same with soil, not less than 30cm thick layer and making good all excavated site as required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item No. 1.00 :- (i) Depth of silt, sludge, excreta, etc shall only be measured and paid. (ii) Dewatering/pumping out of foul water shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) 20% shall be deducted from measured guaranty for bulkage of sludge.

Pumping out foul water from soakage wells/septic tank by mechanically means of capacity 10 users complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Removal of sludge shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Pumping out foul water from soakage wells/septic tank by mechanically means of capacity 20 users complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Removal of sludge shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Pumping out foul water from soakage wells/septic tank by mechanically means of capacity 50 users complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Removal of sludge shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Cleaning of choked sewage line of 100 mm bore of pipe including drains with rodding and well flushing with water, taking out waste materials any quantity and depositing where directed including covering the same with at least 30cm thick layer of soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of choked sewage line of 150 mm bore of pipe including drains with rodding and well flushing with water, taking out waste materials any quantity and depositing where directed including covering the same with at least 30cm thick layer of soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of choked sewage line of 200 mm bore of pipe including drains with rodding and well flushing with water, taking out waste materials any quantity and depositing where directed including covering the same with at least 30cm thick layer of soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of choked sewage line of 250-300 mm bore of pipe including drains with rodding and well flushing with water, taking out waste materials any quantity and depositing where directed including covering the same with at least 30cm thick layer of soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of choked sewage line of 300-600 mm bore of pipe including drains with rodding and well flushing with water, taking out waste materials any quantity and depositing where directed including covering the same with at least 30cm thick layer of soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of manholes not exceeding 1.5m deep by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out foul water complete by mechanically means and covering of the same with soil, not less than 30cm thick layer and making good all excavated site as required complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of manholes exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m depth by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out water complete by mechanically means and covering of the same with soil, not less than 30cm thick layer and making good all excavated site as required complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note for item No 1 to 11 : - T&P or other machinery required for cleaning or dewatering are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective items as in septic tank, soakage well, manhole, sewage line etc.

Cleaning of floor trap, gully trap in any size by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out water complete by mechanically means and removing the same out side MD land complete and making good complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning the blockage of WC/EWC in any type floor by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out water complete by mechanically means and removing the same out side MD land complete and making good all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning the blockage of urinal in any type floor by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out water complete by mechanically means and removing the same out side MD land complete and making good all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning the blockage of WHB in any type floor by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out water complete by mechanically means and removing the same out side MD land complete and making good all as directed by Enger-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in deep for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Squared rubble walling Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work /stone masonry built in cement mortar incl coping of any description complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete Type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete including demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surface in cement mortar 1:4 including water proofing compound and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 150mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars including demolition of existing pipes of any description complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for 200mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars including demolition of existing pipes of any description complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 150mm bore salt glazed stoneware drain pipes (ISI marked) laid in trenches and jointed in CM (1:1) and tested including demolition of existing pipes of any description complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair, 75mm bore PVC (SWR) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints & fixed to walls/floor complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 with dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing, removing serviceable tiles) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

NOTE :- Contractor to ensure that sewage complaints of any nature will be rectified within 12 hrs after receipt of complaint from the department. However, any delay in rectification of sewage complaint (any type) post 12 hrs will leads to penalty on contractor and will be charged/deducted from the contractor @ Rs 200/- per hour.
