SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (SECTION-I) Design, supply, fabrication and erection of pre-engineered building (PEB) steel structure for portion mark " PEB STRUCTURE WORKSHOP" including all civil works in RCC foundations duly designed, steel sliding motorised WORKSHOP door system to be provided on front of the WORKSHOP, including flooring, and the work listed in Sch 'A' notes and shown on drawings, design of PEB structure along with design for structural system for workshop door as per parameters for workshop and door as specified from approved firms as listed and vetting of design, drawing from IIT before acceptance of tender, complete all as specified and shown on drawings with the following:- 1.01 Contd.

Note :- Rates quoted by the contractor shall also deem to include the cost of the following :- (i) Design of PEB structure WORKSHOP portion along with structural system for WORKSHOP door from PEB approved firm/vender as listed in particular specifications along with vetting of design/drawing from IIT . (ii) Design of RCC foundations. (iii) Arch drgs provided by the department will form part of contract however structural drawings for workshop provided by contractor, which will be vetted by IIT. (iv) The structural steel members shall be designed as specified here in before and in particular specifications. (v) The steel sliding motorised WORKSHOP door system for front doors for the WORKSHOP, shall be designed as specified in particular specifications. (vi) The design for structural system for the WORKSHOP door will also be vetted by the same organisation vetting the steel WORKSHOP Design.

Supply,Installation,testing and commissioning of 3 phase 50 Hz, Dry Type,Vacuum Pressure Impregnated (VPI) distribution transformer of ratings 160 kVA, 11/0.433 kV , Outdoor type ,Natural Air Cooled (ANAN) , conforming IS: 11171/1985 IS: 2026 Part ( I TO IV), and IEC726/1982 BEE certified.The transformer shall be suitably design to work satisfactorily under the tropical conditions of Jammu .The windings of the transformers shall be connected to Delta on the primary side and star (Y) on the secondary side. The neutral of the LT winding shall be brought out to a separate terminal. The vector group shall be Dyn-11.The transformer should be provided with winding tapped on HV side with Number of tap positions : 7 nos and . Voltage variations : (+) 5 percent to (-) 10 percent in steps of 2.5 % for variation of HV Voltage to be changed by means of hand operated "OFF LOAD" tap changing gear switch externally operated with mechanical locking and a position indicator,the winding temperature rise over an ambient temperature of 50°C shall not exceed 90°C when measured by resistance method. i.e. Max. Temperature of the winding shall not exceeds 140°C and losses of transformer as per BCBC norms,.Arcing horns for HT bushings for outdoor type T/F.The transformer shall be supplied with standard accessories and comprising of following specification as under:-Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. and including following: 11.02 Contd.

(a)Core:The core shall be of high grade cold rolled grain oriented (C.R.G.O) annealed silicon steel lamination confirming IS: 1271/1958 secured properly using frames , clamps and bolts. (b)Winding: HV & LV winding shall be done using High conductivity Electrolytic copper. with insulation –F-Class grade. (c) Enclosure: Enclosure shall be rectangular and shall be built of electrically welded MS sheet wire mesh or perforated sheet for ventilation and comply with IP 43 protection as per IS: 2147/IEC 529. (d)Lifting lugs -04 nos for vertical lifting and pulling lugs -04 nos for horizontal pulling . (e) Bidirectional mild steel rollers 150 mm. diameter and 75mm. width -04 nos (f)H. V. & L. V. BUSHING: Porcelain/ Epoxy HV and LV Bushings of appropriate voltage and current ratings shall be mounted in HV and LV cable box. The high voltage bushings (3nos.) shall be provided with R-Y-B colour coding marking & shall conform to IS 3347.Brass rods 12 mm. dia.-03 nos for HV Bushing terminal and Tinned copper rods 20 mm -04 nos for LV Bushings terminals/extension for cable lug connections, with necessary nuts, check nuts and plain thick tinned washers.

(g)Terminal marking plates and rating plates.:Terminals shall be provided with terminal marking plates. The transformer shall provide with riveted rating plate . The entries of the rating plate shall be indelibly marked (for example by etching, engraving or stamping). (h)Transformer should be provided with Platform mounting channel of suitable size with holes suitable for axle of roller) -2 Nos. (j)Painting:- The surface of the enclosure shall be properly pre-treated /phosphated in a seven enclosure process and shall be applied with a powder coating of 40 microns thickness of suitable colour code as per directions. (k) Four earth terminals per transformer, each suitable for earth conductors of size 32 x 6 mm GI strip for earthing of the body and neutral of the transformers. (l) Winding temperature indicator (WTI) -01 Nos.(m)The HV and LV side cable box with gland shall be provided. (Note :- (i) Contractor will submit lightening impulse withstand test, temp rise test, dynamic short circuit withstand test and measurement of acoustic sound level test report from CPRI/NABL/ Govt. approved laboratories (ii) contractor will submit the all stage test report as per PS of contract (iii) The rate include for supplying transformer with standard fittings and installing complete including all jointing materials, connecting with electrical system, earthing, cable ducting testing and commissioning. Foundation including platform for the transformer shall be as per OEM recommendation .Foundation shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F of expulsion fuse single pole of 11000 volts grade upto 100 amps capacity suitable for three phase HT supply complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Earthing using Copper earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means welding/brazing and protected by light grade 40 mm dia galvanised iron pipe and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering, including funnel, wire mesh, CI pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (including necessary excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 for : (a) Transformer - 04, (b) LT Panel/ APFC Panel - 4, (c) Voltage Stabilizer- 02. (d) DG Set- 4 11.06 Contd.

Note:- (i) The unit rate shall include GI protection pipe 7.5Mtr, GI water pipe, wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, P.C.C chamber pit,. test point, Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 metre and if GI protection pipe is less than 7.5 metres, no price adjustment shall be made. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fitting junction etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) CI pit cover or precast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM ( weighing not less than 4 Kg/sqm in lieu of cast iron cover).

Material & labour for Earthing using galvanised steel pipe electrode 40mm bore , medium grade ,burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.25 mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using GI strip of size 25 x 4 mm by means welding/brazing and protected by light grade 40 mm dia galvanised iron pipe and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering, including funnel, wire mesh, CI pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (including necessary excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown on plate No 4 of SSR Part-I 2009 for : 11.08 Contd.

S&F of synthetic insulating mat class A, working voltage up to 3.3 KV and dielectric strength 30 KV of size 2mX1mX25mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Install Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 2.5% and of capacity 160 KVA conforming to IS. 9815 (Part-II) and Speed of correction of voltage shall be high enough to give jerkless out put voltage and in any case it shall not be less than 50 volts per second per phase without under/overshooting. Voltage stabilizers shall be with solid state sensor unit (IC Based) Relay free smooth and silent operation with servomotor and copper wound transformers in CRGO laminations including first fill of oil all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of diesel engine driven silent generating set, 415 volts, 160 KVA 3 phase, 0.8 power factor, 50 Hz, brushless, 1500 rpm, self excited, self regulated, AC, and engine as per IS: 10001/ 10002 and alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with foundation, control panel with necessary meters, AMF Panel with relay and switch gear for automatic starting on mains failure including ON Load change over switch and MCCB of appropriate rating for by pass arrangements and sound proof canopy all as specified and as directed with and including following:- (a) ALTERNATOR: Standard design alternator rated at 160 KVA net output at site conditions and at power factor 0.8, AC 3 phase, 4 wire 415 volts, 50 cycles, 1500 rpm, self excited, self regulated, screen protected, drip proof IP-23 enclosure, brushless design with hub and sealed ball/roller bearing, with winding on each pole faces, insulating class H, band of voltage regulation +/- 1% operated voltage from no load to full load and shell conforming to BS-2613/BS-5000 and shell be in position to ganerate supply with frequency regulation within +/- 3% tolerance, revolving field type. 11.12Contd

(b) DIESEL ENGINE: Adequate capacity diesel engine suitable to above alternator, water cooled, to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions directly coupled to alternator through flexible coupling or multicylinder, multistroke, direct injection, cold starting, 1500 rpm, as per relevant ISI/BS-5514 with an overload cap of 10% for 1 hour in any 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe running and operation. salient features of accessories shall be as under:- (i) Flywheel housing (ii)Air cleaner wet/dry type (iii) fuel Filter (iv) Fuel Injection system incl.injection pump, solenoid switch, nozzle as per manufacturer's specifications (v) Lubricating oil filter, bypass filter, oil cooler (vi) Lubricating oil pump (vii) Turbocharger (viii) Radiator for water cooling 11.13Contd.

(ix) 12 volts starting system consisting of batteries of capacity as recommended by manufacturer, battery connections with copper leads and with lugs of adequate size, initial charging of batteries, battery charger/ generator with regulator, starter motor, starter gear, start and stop push buttons, ignition key and switch. (x) Residential type exhaust silencer complete with exhaust pipe of 150 mm dia upto outside the acoustic enclosure, all covered with glass wool wrapped with aluminium foil of 28 swg adequate to create draft for safe exhaust without transferring vibrations to buildings/walls, flexible exhaust pipe complete. (xi) Microprocessor control electronic metering and module (ECPG) for indication of battery voltage, oil pressure, water pump, engine rpm, hour meter and protection against low oil pressure, high water temperature and over speed of engine incl. electronic governing. (xii) Battery charging indicator (xiii) Radiator cooling system comprising of radiator, radiator fan belt, water pump with belts, thermostat. (xiv) Fuel hoses. (xv) Air intake system (xvi) Common base frame of sturdy design suitable for antivibration mounting and permanent concrete foundation for mounting engine and alternator as per manufacturers instructions 11.14 Contd.

(c) CONTROL PANEL/AMF Panel: Control panel & AMF Panel shall be indoor cubical type made out of suitable thick CRCA sheet complete factory made, dust and vermin proof, totally enclosed with front opening of 415 V 3 phase, 4 wire system AC 50 Hz, having Aluminium busbar of capacity suitable for 110% full load of 128 KW generating set with overload protection relay, over voltage/under voltage protection, phase reversal and phase sequence correct, contactors of adequate size and ratings required for automatic starting of dg set in case of mains failure and shifting of loads from main to dg and vice versa, timers, switchgears, indicators, switches and standard accessories as per manufacturers recommendations. (d) Acoustic insulated enclosure/canopy for Generating set:- Acoustic enclosure shall be factory built suitable and conforming to the provisions of environment (protection) second amendment rules 2002 issued vide notification no. GSR371(E) dated 17 May 2002 at Sl No 94 (Para 1&3) (noise limit for warded DG Set upto 1000KVA type) and tested complete (e) Rubber mat class A, working voltage up to 3.3 KV and dielectric strength 30 KV of size 1mx2mx3mm with chequered finish ISI marked suitable for using in electrical installations NOTE: (a) The capacity of generator set shall be net after all de-rating factors as per relevant design.

M & L for construction of PCC platform for 160KVA transformer outdoor type made of brick masonry of size 3000x2500x1200mm complete all as specified and shown on TD drawing No. TD CE-1129 Sheets 1/2 all as specified and directed.

(j)End Carriage: - End carriages should be ISMC type or as per manufacture design from rolled steel section with adequate diaphragms and stiffeners to give construction.
