Excavation for trench of roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto1000 metres.as per clause 301(3.1)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2

Construction of subgrade with earthen soulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC Cement + 3.50% Emulsion in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing (M-35 Grade)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Construction of Culvert:- E/W in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including lift 1.50 mtr and lead up to 30 mtr and including filling watering ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space of between the building and side the foundation trench or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as per direction by E/I as per S.I. No. 251

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8( 1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded brick aggregate 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials. labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. As per SI No. 275

Struck pointing in 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar on brick work including supply of all materials, labour and TandP etc Requuired for proper completion of work as per S.I No. 574.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Providing and laying of weephole in brick massonary in abutment and wing wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structuer with slope of 1v:20 H toward drawing force complete as per drawing and technical specification (MORTH &H-13.8/2706&2200)

Supply & laying of 1000mm dia NP3 hume pipe including fixing of collar with 1:2 cement mortar.

Supply & laying of 600mm dia NP3 hume pipe including fixing of collar with 1:2 cement mortar.

Construction of Drain:- Excavation for structures in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

RCC Grade M20 using batching plant transit mixer & manual placing

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT steel reinforcement complete in sub-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification
