Plain cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 using 40mm ISS metal from the apporoved quarry including cost and convence of the materials to site and all the labour charges etc, complete as per the standard specification

Providing steel centering for sides and soffits of cement concrete works including necessary arrangements with strutting for plain surfaces with out props, With all cost and conveyance of materials and lab our at site ect ., Coplete as per standard specfication.

Supplying , fabricating and placing in position of MS or RTS rods for cutting, bending, straightening of rods and tying the grills for reinforcementwith necessary binding wire including all cost and conveyance of materials to site with all labour cost ect.,complete as per standard specification.

Reinforced cement concrete of mix 1:11/2:3 using 20mm ISS size HBG metal from approved quarry including all the cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour cahrges etc. complete as per standard specification.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Special ceiling Plastering cement mortar 1: 3 mix 10mm thick including cost and conveyance all materials etc. completeas per std specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1: 5 mix 12mm thick including cost and conveyance all materials etc. complete asper standard specification.

Supplying and laying in flooring with fully polished Sinthetic Grey colour Granite stone of 20mm thick (average) of 4' X 2' in size laid over base layer of cementmortar 1:3 (one cement and three Plastering sand) - 20 mm thick and applying cement slurry &pointed with white cement and colour pigments to the colour of stones and polished neatly as directed by the deparmental officers

Providing granolithic floor finish of 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed sand (M-Sand) and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Painting two coats with approved Interior and Exterior Emulsion paint over cement plastered wall surfaces including cleaning preparing the surface and quring etc complete asper standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.
