Replacement of old existing damaged/ UNSV 12 mm ply wood of bed hard OR's steel and S&F new commercial plywood 12mm of existing size & shape complete all as specified and as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of the existing, decorated surfaces of the bed hard OR's steel and painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable Rubber/PVC Shoes from bed hard OR's Steel and Supply and fixing new PVC / Rubbershoes complete all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHARPOY IP/GI PIPE Drg No. :- FD-220, CEJZ/SKD/413

Removing unserviceable plywood 12mm thick from conversation of charpoy GI to hard bed, S&F Commercial plywood of size 1980mm x 900mm x 12mm thick BWR grade in one piece with 10 Nos of semi circular top bolt of 6mm dia 75 mm long and nut with galvanised steel washers to be used for fixing of plywood top including drilling holes & following arrangements complete all as specified and shown on Drg No CEJZ/SKD/413. with ply top & finished with suitable filling.

Removing of existing broken long rails from charpoy GI Pipe and cutting and threading the same as one short rail and one leg and fixing in the existing charpoy GI where required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing broken/ unserviceable 32 mm hexagonal check nut and S & F of new 32 mm hexagonal GI check nuts all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing broken short rails of charpoy GI pipe cutting and threading the same as one leg and fixing in the existing charpoys complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of new long rails for charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia medium grade with ISI Marked Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing broken /UNSV GI elbow 32mm three way from the Charpoy GI pipe complete and fixing new GI elbow 32mm three way wherever is required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of old existing damaged/ UNSV 12 mm ply wood and S&F new commercial plywood 12mm of existing size & shape complete all as specified and as shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of the existing, decorated surfaces of Charpoy IP folding Hard Top and painting with synthetic enamel paint (Internal & External) of approved shade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
