Supply, loading, transportation, unloading & delivery of Boiler Evaporator Tubes complete with welded fins, reducers, and all associated components in all respects for 110 TPH ISGEC Make Water Tube Travelling Grate Boiler, strictly conforming to applicable IBR Regulations, approved drawings, and technical specifications. Technical Details: • Tube Size: 51 mm OD × 4.06 mm Thick • Tube Length: Approx. 4.5 Meter (Header-to-Header Length) • Material of Construction (Tube): SA 210 Gr. A1 • Quantity: 1,136 Nos. • Fin Material: 6 mm Thick Flat • Material of Fin: Bright Steel Material • Approved Makes: TATA Steel / Jindal Stainless Limited (JSL) / Tubes Investments (TI) or equivalent approved make conforming to the specified grade and applicable standards. The scope shall include manufacturing, fin welding, reducers, inspection, testing, IBR compliance, marking, packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and delivery at HBL Plant complete in all respects. The supplier shall provide Material Test Certificates (MTC), IBR certificates, third party inspection reports, and other quality documents as applicable along with the supplied materials. The scope of work includes dismantling of existing evaporator tubes, fabrication, supply, erection, welding, hydraulic testing, and commissioning of boiler evaporator tubes complete with reducers, fins, supports, and associated fittings in all respects for 110 TPH ISGEC Make Water Tube Travelling Grate Boiler, strictly in accordance with applicable IBR Regulations, approved drawings, and the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. A1 • Quantity: 1,136 Nos. • Fin Material: 6 mm Thick Flat • Material of Fin: Bright Steel Material The work shall include dismantling and removal of existing evaporator tubes, fabrication of new evaporator tube panels with fins and reducers, shifting and handling of materials, fit-up, welding, erection, alignment, NDT (wherever required), hydraulic testing, rectification of leaks/defects, and commissioning as per the original boiler drawings and IBR requirements. All tools & tackles, welding machines, consumables, electrodes, gases, scaffolding, lifting arrangements, skilled manpower, supervision, measuring instruments, testing equipment, and other resources required for successful completion of the work shall be under the contractor's scope. The work shall be executed strictly as per approved drawings, OEM recommendations, IBR requirements, and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
