Tender for STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) for Mill Colonies

Designing, detailing, drawings, procurements and supply of components, supervision of erection and commissioning of STP plant (Moving Bed Bio Reactor) of capacity 50 KLD as per the system description. The System Comprises of various (Mechanical, Instruments and Electrical etc.) units under listed. Civil work with material with designing and drawings shall be in scope of supplier as per colony layout at the site of Palwal Sugar Mill i.e. complete in all aspects on turn-key basis

(B) The civil work with material for laying & jointing of RCC pipe lines having 200 mm diameter with manholes in two colonies which are 500 M apart and guest house as per existing layout/ plan of colonies/ guest house and to provide suitable size PVC pipe line with RCC collection tank of suitable design from one colony to another colony (where STP is situated) with pits & pumps etc in order to completely transfer the waste effluent at STP. Total length of sewage RCC pipe line to be lay down & connected in colony for connecting house to house and then to STP = 3100 M, Dia of pipe – 8”
