Excavation by mechanical means(JCB or Hydraulic excavator) in trenches for pipe lines with straight or open cutting in streets or open area including trimming and dressing sides levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes, refilling consolidation,watering, including the cost of dewatering of rain water, diversion for traffic, night signals. providing & fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to the houses,watching, fencing, etc. and removal of surplus soil out side/inside the town involving lead upto 15 meter complete in all respect upto 1.5 mtr depth

Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres.

Providing, Stringing out, cutting, Jointing and testing of ISI Marked D.I. Pipe (S&S) as per IS 8329 and laying the same in trenches to correct alignment and gradients,jointed with rubber tyton joints fitted complete including all cartage, cost of rubber ring. D.I. Pipe as per IS 8329 DI-K9 300mm i/d pipe lines laid complete

Construction of masonary Sluice Valve Chamber excluding Sluice valve cover as per standard design & drawings of public health department. Size 0.9 m. x 0.9 m.

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze(gunmetal) working parts Sluice Valves ISI marked 14846-2000, including jointing , testing & cost of Nut ,Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer incharge). Class PN-1.6 as per ISI 300mm i/d Sluice Valves flanged

Proving & fixing ISI Marked Non-return valves flanged end class PN-1.0 as per IS:5312/2004 in pipe lines including jointing & cost of Nut Bolt , rubber insertion etc. complete. Note: If Non-return valves class PN-1.6 is used instead of class PN-1.0 ,than 5% will be paid extra. Class PN-1.0 as per ISI with rubber flap 300mm i/d Non-return valve

Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. RCC Garde M-25 Height upto 5 Mtr Using Concrete mixer

Laying cement concrete 1:3:6 Nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregates 40 mm. nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement insubstructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Filling Stones or spalls into crates and Hand Packing including cost of Boulder stone (Weight 18-40 Kg. and with weight upto 18Kg. Not exceeding 10% of total quantity of Boulder Stone) Carriage of Boulder stone from quarry site to site of work including loading, unloading.

Weaving wire netting for wire crates including binding sides and partitions to make crate of 15 cm x 15 cm or 25 cm x7.5 cm mesh i/c supply and carriage of MS Annealed wire.

Making dewatering arrangement by pumping set 4'' *4'' (Tractor driven)

Excavation of Soil using Hyraulic Excavator and hydraulic Tractor Trolly I/C cutting and loading in Trolly and transporting to the embankment locations with all lifts and leads(1 km Katcha)
