Taking down shutter of any description exc 1sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all directed.

M&L for taking down and refixidng in same opening wood shutter exc 1 sqm but not exc 2.00 sqm including easing & adjusting and refixing with same hardware ect.

M&L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45X85 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length and hinges complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be madeetc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Mild steel framed work as in doors chowkhats or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete all as specified and directed., drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete, quality conforming grade Fe- 290 or E- 165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel work in chimney bars, (straight or camber); bearing bars; toungues or water bars for window frames; window guard bars, plain, let in and fixed independently in wooden frames L or T section section suports for shelves etc and similar work conoirming to Fe-290 Gde-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to steel/iron door or chowkhat of any size including cleaning,adjusting ,welding steel sheet for repair ,wiremsh and refixing including all necessary items like hinges .sliding door bolt etc complete as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made flush shutter 30 mm thick solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type complete all as specified & directed.
