M&L for water proof plastering 15mm thick to bottom and sides of sunken floors in Cement Mortar 1:3, surface finished even and smooth using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

S&F 40mm bore HDPE pipe as in spout pipes in sunken floors.

M&L for application of two coats of blown bitumen to concrete/wall surfaces applied hot of grade 85/25 at the rate of 1.5Kg/Sqm per coat conforming to IS 702 over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7mm thick of size 300mX300mm in floor set and jointed in cement clurry and pointed with coloured cement to match with coloured tiles over and including cement screed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick in 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed coloured wall tiles of 300X200X6mm as in dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 as backing coat all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) on brick and concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement

Taking up or down GI tubing 15 mm bore from trenches/wall including all fittings segregated and stacking the pipe complete all as specified and directed.
