Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and getting out including trimming of sides, for laying of cables & foundation of poles, stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable/serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable covers from excavated trench all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover kept in safe custody for reuse at site and unserviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover through in low lying area. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Laying only old reinforced PCC cable cover of any size as retrieved from serial item No- 04 above, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable protection cover LV class type - I with size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid across the cable (i.e. width of cover along the length of cable) for UG cable protection on the top of the sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L sand cushioning to underground cable complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part - I complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of galvanized iron pipe of 50 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Taking out old LT under ground cable from trenches / floor / road / wall / pipe / pole of any size and description incl joint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable XLPE insulated PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 120 sq mm 3.5 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I), suitable for earthed system, laid in duct/trench/along pole/wall etc including nuts, bolts, washers, saddles & screws etc and making connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L 1.5 sqmm copper conductor twin core cable for connection of the street light with junction box / Over head LT line complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L, in replacement, junction box outdoor type of size 280 X 170 X 130MM made out of Plastic sheet of thickness not less than 1.6 mm having hinged front opening door with two nos aluminium strip bus bar fitted on resin based insulator and flat iron fixing clamp of size 25mmX3mm and complete painted with two coat of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in Repairs 30 Watt LED solar street light fitting fixed to existing pole, including taking down old fitting, complete all as specified.

S&F in Repairs 100AH, 12volt LMLA battery, suitable for long backup, including taking down old battery of any type, complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Solar light kit suitable for upto 30Watt solar lights, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for replacement of Gun metal foot valve for 80 mm dia pipe, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out the unserviceable electric driven submersible pump set of capacity 7.5 HP, discharge - 3 LPS, head - 70 to 85 mtrs respectively with GI column pipe 80 mm bore, 3 mtrs in length, flanged end at both ends and submersible cable complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : pump set submersible cable at column pipe kept in safe for reinstallation at site.

Taking out the burnt copper winding wire from submersible electric motor of capacity up to 7.5 HP and rewinding the submersible electric motor with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge. Insulating sleeves shellac/insulating varnish etc which required complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Lowering the submersible electric driven pump set of capacity 7.5 HP discharge 3 LPS -70 to 85 meters head alongwith GI coloum pipe 40/50 mm bore flanged as retrived from serial item No 48 here-in-before complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Taking out the burnt copper winding wire from multistage centrifugal electric motor of capacity up to 10 HP and rewinding the centrifugal electric motor with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge. Insulating sleeves shellac/insulating varnish etc which required complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
