Routine weekly cheak up of all street lights/High Mast lights at Air force Panagarh including technical area and taking down any unservicable light, repairing minor repairs including changing flexible wires or opening fitting, changing SPD Drivers etc. and refixing at the same location all as directed by Engr-in- Charge Note : 1.Contractor has to maintaining weekly servicability record register and submit the same at the end of week as per APPX 'A' Attached all as directed by Engr-in- Charge. 2 Cost of .T&P/Vehicle/Boom Ladder required deemed to be included in the rate 3. Major items such as Drivers and SPD will be paid seperately.

Supply and fix in replacement LED Post top lantern of 20 Watts, 240V, 50Hz IP 65 made of black ABS plastic spigot, spun aluminium funnel shape with clear acrylic and accessories such as integrated drivers pre-wired etc suitable for gate light pipe including taking down. Make: Crompton / Osram/ Philips Note:- (a) LM-79 and LM-80 certificate from NABL accredited Lab shall be submitted for LED light fittings to the Engineer-In-Charge. (b) Warranty certificate shall be submitted for LED light fitting as per standered format for minimum 50000 Hrs to the Engineer-In-Charge. (c) LED light fitting and drivers shall be of same make.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level )with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm by means of GI nuts, bolts check nuts and washers earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe light grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 and all as specified including testing on completion. Material and labour for excavating in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr wide and not exc 1.50 mtr in depth for taking out/laying of under ground cable, pole or stay and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : The top of filled trench shall be made proud by using the excavated soil to cater for subsequent settlement of soil.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc 50.00mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling in dry sand in cable trenches before and after the cables are laid, for sand cushioning to cables complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : thickness after punning shall be measured and paid

Supply and lay in trenches brick, common burnt in clay, building brick, sub class 'B' designation 75 for cable protection all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates for foundation of poles, stay etc.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 20mm graded for padestal coping incl necessary formwork finished fair using extra cement.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing mannually or by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine or mannually etc as per site requirment.

M&L for tubes "light grade" galvanised with all fittings laid in trenches of 40mm bore dia. Make : Tata / Jindal Steel / Prakash

Supply and install in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) complete with CI base plate and finial taper plug,bolts, nuts and screws as specified all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation, earth & PCC work only will be measured separetely all other accessories and work deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surface of LT Poles of height 8.5 / 9 mtrs height of LT OH line or street light steel tubular poles above ground level coping including cross arm channels, flat iron clamp in LT OH line by scrapping with wire brush and applying two coats of aluminium paint including pole numbering all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old distempered / white wash / painted RCC Poles upto 11/9 mtrs height of street light poles above ground level incl coping with two coat of existing or as directed distemper including two coat of aluminium paint over iron surfaces such as cross arms, channels, Flat iron clamp, nuts, bolts, washers etc in LT OH line including writing pole numbers with black paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Astronomical Street Light time Switch alongwith suitable Power Contactor, MCB and Support Terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable Enclosure made of Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade special moulding compound (Sintex make SMC Junction box) conforming to IP54.The Contactor, MCB and Circuit Wiring should suitable enough to take load of 12 kW load equally distributed over 3-phase .Contactor Rating: 40.Amps (4-pole).MCB (4-pole) Rating: 40.Amps (3 nos.) Make : Hager/ Siemens/ Schneider etc.

Supply and fix as in repair LED Driver of existing 30/45/72 W LED Street light fitting as per existing make of LED fitting including Surge protection device (SPD)

Supply and fix as in repair LED Driver of existing 150/200/500 W LED Flood light fitting as per existing make of LED fitting including Surge protection device (SPD)

Material and labour for taking out existing street light poles from its location including taking down all accessories/LED fittings, by excavating carfully without damaging the pole and reshifting to new location and erecting the same including PCC as specified & directed. Note : PCC foundation will be paid sepearatly
